I have been to this place of business and have found all of the stuff to be extremely helpful and pleasant. The staff actually assist you with locating the item you came to purchase. Also the manager or more than one occasion has ordered an item that was requested by the customer. The person who helped me today said she actually likes her job and she demonstrated this by being pleasant and informative about the hair product.

Wonderful selection and very helpful and friendly staff. They had exactly what I needed (no other store near me did), and they matched the color I needed perfectly. Also very quick customer service, I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes! Will definitely come back!

Red Velvet Beauty!!!!!! Hands-down is one of the best beauty salons stores I've been to. I never knew they were in the location that they were in. Very huge selection and the staff gives a five star service !!! I also love how the owner has young black women working and giving them an opportunity. I will definitely be back
