Visited your salon from out of state and I can’t wait to come back! In a world where quality, genuinely great customer service seems to be a thing of the past, your staff shows me hope that it still matters to some! The atmosphere was perfect. The staff was super friendly. The service was quick and efficient without lacking quality. I LOVE my nails. I recommend this place to everyone. This experience was the perfect way to start my vacation. Only negative thing? I can’t take Red back home to Arkansas with me!

My first time getting my nails done, and they didn't treat me any differently for being a guy. It was a walk-in but they got me in super fast. Excellent service and I'll be coming back!

Worst manicure I’ve ever had. To start all the “regulars” were treated great while I was treated like I was a bother, even though I made an appointment. I got dip powder and Jen clearly didn’t know how to do it. By the end it was very obvious they didn’t look good, the guy came over and they were talking about my nails right in front of me. However, I was still charged full price. I also had to stop her multiple times because she was hurting me which I’ve never had to do before. It’s now been less than a week and they are all chipped away. Trust the negative reviews and save your money :/

This is my nail salon. I live 1/2 mile away, so it's easy to pop over. They are always busy, so definitely make an appointment. Unlike other salons, they honor appointments, so I've never waited more than 5 minutes if I had an appointment. It is very clean and all the workers are polite. I've had a couple gel manicures not last super long, but besides that, this is the best and most consistent salon I've found. And I've tried out a lot!

My cousin and I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for pedicures. We were treated like we were a bother no one was friendly to us. We noticed ‘regulars’ coming in and they received a warm welcome. At the end they kept asking me for cash when I told them multiple times I only had a credit card. Which their website noted was accepted. For my manicure they did not soak my fingers which I saw happening to others and cuticle work was rough and painful. They roughed my nailbeds but did not buff. We will not become regulars. Bad experience. I do not recommend.

The customer service is great and they're always kind when I get my nails done. However Jen ripped my eyelashes out while applying extensions. I figured she a new lash tech and accidents happen... but when she finished I realized she was using strips!!! My lashes were all chunky and the same length. Clusters are okay, strips are very damaging. All my lashes were glued together. It was a nightmare for my regular lash lady to fix and CHUNKS of my lashes came out with the glue. She also glued long strips of lashes to my SKIN. Please take some classes and please stop using strips, you are causing permanent damage to peoples lashes. It doesn't take much longer to use clusters than strips. Please please get certified there are short classes online.

This place is awesome and so are the people who work here. Brought my friend from out of state and we decided to get our nails done. Never been here and I WILL be going back.
