Our first visit to the Rani. The food was absolutely gorgeous and I have had some curries from all over Manchester. This was definitely the best I’ve ever had. Our family tried various dishes the owner recommended and each one was delicious. Well worth a visit. The prices are very reasonable. ????????
Absolutely shocked !! Gone to pick my order up and waited whilst I’d seen someone in the kitchen area was cleaning their ears .. yes ears in a so called 4 rated star Restaurant. Absolutely disgusting I couldn’t believe it . I asked the manager what is he doing cleaning his ears in a restaurant kitchen area , and his reply was he’s not the chef, but then chef walked out with his coat on and asked what was the problem I explained and thought REALLY not properly professional to wear the right clothing for the Job.
I asked for a refund but he refuses several times. Please don’t go to this DUMP !!!!!
Called here with our curry club 23rd march ,great friendly staff and the food was brilliant, one of the best curry's we have had ,will visit again .
A nice Indian meal!
Friendly staff and tastes dishes so worth a visit.
Downside was that the onion bhajis lacked flavour which resulted in a bit of a bland dish, however the main curry dishes and biriyani were flavoursome and had a good level of spice.
The little complimentary shot of Bailey's to finish is a nice touch. I would return :)
It was an extraordinary experience. I ate the most delicious Indian food here.
We eat here once before, food was mediocre. Tamarind Table was shut this eve and we ordered a takeaway with no other choice. Backtracked on the 20% off for takeaway orders listed on their leaflets which they said had been withdrawn (but were sat in front of us as we waited). Staff were rude when we asked why were. Then offered half a Cobra to share. Family in front of us sat eating were also not happy with their service either. To top it off my partner saw them take three unused shots included with the bill topped the one that had been drunk with a clean one and set them back out. Please please please go to Tamarind Table.
If I could do minus I would came here for a set menu. Service was shocking served hardly any food might get live aid involved will never come again. So everyone have a merry Christmas and a happy new year
Best Indian in the north west by far the steak is outstanding and the lamb chops are out of this world 5 star and very fussy eater
