First night of our holiday in the area. Couldn't have chosen better! Cooked fresh and really crispy. Great taste and great service.
This is the best fish and chips in Thanet, but it doesn’t open on a Saturday or Sunday and I’m afraid you cannot always get through on the phone but the food is excellent
Best chip shop in Ramsgate everything is cooked fresh and its not greasy brilliant atmosphere and the service is great
The quality of the food week in and out never disappoints any of our large family something on menu for everyone! the service we recieve from Gordon on delivery is worth a mention, as always is without fail as swift and as curtious as can be ????
Our order got confirmed at 7:23 expected Delivery was twenty minutes. At 8:10 we phoned to enquire about the where abouts of our food only to be told that we had order twenty minutes ago (in fact it was 40 minutes) the staff member was abrupt and informed us that our delivery would be another 20 minutes then enquiried abruptly and rudely if we wanted the order or not we had no choice to except due to the time. After an hour we had still yet to receive our order. We then called the restaurant to cancel and they still tried to get us to accept the food. If you value customer service do not go here especially if you're a young person because they where rude to my daughter and her friend then when I called they where better because he was talking to a 'geezer' he properly changed his tone. The delivery driver was shocked at this quality of service however he seems very nice
What a find this was..only been once but was 10/10. Had cod which was cooked to perfection, batter was spot on too...cheers guys ..
Ramsgate Fish& Chips,a nice clean friendly establishment this one. Lovely fish and chips and all the trimmings available. The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much bother. If you fancy fish and chips freshly cooked,mmm nice,then this shop is well worth a visit. Ramsgate fish and chips are as good as ever. Simply the best fish and chips available in Ramsgate.
