Best PlaceJuice Reviews
Lovely place to take the family for a pint and food any time of day. The pub / restaurant is part of a hotel spa setting.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is very nice although expensive compared to other venues in the area however quality is higher here.
The only grumble which effects the 5 stars is the carpet in the restaurant which is in desperate need of replacement resulting in the experience of eating not being pleasant.
The pub itself would be a lovely place to sit and eat on a cold winters day.
Super miejsce na lunch szczególnie w piękna pogodę na zewnątrz. Obsługa bardzo miła. Jedzenie smaczne duze porcje! Polecam bo warto!!!
Honest food for realistic prices. It's not fancy but tasty. Good choice of beers and wines.
I want to give them 5 * but they have had a nightmare service tonight with other guests tonight which has had a knock-on effect on our service. The food was lovely after almost an hour wait. They brought our main too quickly after our starter. I think the end of night for them. Steak was tasty my husband had and my sea bass was nice. They really tried hard to bring it all together, bless them.
We even got desert! It too was tasty!!
I loved the ambiance of the pub which is tucked away off the roadside next to a best western surrounded by woodland. Theres lots of parking and the staff are really friendly too. Sadly the food let this place down. We ordered steak and ale pie and honestly it wasnt the best. It had pickled onions in it which I dont feel worked at all and there wasnt much flavour either. The mash lacked flavour too and was pretty bland. Maybe another dish would be nicer but as it stands 3 stars.
We stayed in the hotel and booked a table for Friday evening. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had the Lasagne, the cajun burger and kids sausages and chips. The food was delicious. On Saturday we hadn't booked a table but managed to get a table in the bar area. Would definitely recommend.
Only popped in for a pint. Two decent ales on. Great looking and comfortable bar area. Will check out the food at a later date and hopefully give five stars!
My best friend / bride to be was going to have her birthday party however they double booked. How hard is it to keep a reservation? That's the whole point of the reservation is to not book again. Kind regards, yours truly, the usher. Usher usher
