What a place! Loved every moment. Such Kind & friendly staff and customers too - such a gem in toots.
Nially was also 10/10 for his love performance, bringing the place to life with joyful atmosphere ! ????????????????
Good friendly service and decent pint of Guinness ???? will have to return to watch GAA on a Sunday in the coming months
Amazing guinness and service. Also cracking value for London, friendly staff and good for the sports. Will be back. Note cash only, but Sainsbury's ATM across the road will do the job just fine.
Best Irish bar in London. Always feel welcome here. Best pint of Guinness outside of Ireland. The staff are really attentive. They remember our orders when we go here and we always have a great time when we visit.
Food: they have hit the spot for food at night, a toasted cheese & ham sandwich, what more could you want. Service: Mel behind the bar, so nice, always smiling, served drinks in clean glasses, toilets and pub in general were spotless, Atmosphere: was in on Sunday night for the Trad Session 6 - 9pm, what a talented group of musicians & singers, a definite pub to visit.
From the outside it looks quite dark and narrow inside. But appearances can be deceptive. Inside it’s quite spacious, possibly because there aren’t any stalls for people to sit at the bar.
I visited with a friend who drinks Guinness, and he was quite happy with what he had. I usually drink bitter, and not the smooth kind of bitter that’s served here. However the bar staff were quite friendly, and suggested the Atlantic. This was a reasonable alternative, and quite refreshing, given that it was a warm day when I went there.
The televisions were showing football results, and horseracing.
Other customers seemed quite friendly, and we stayed for another round.
Nice pub great staff had my father in law wake today and they took care of everything.
Proper boozer with many interesting characters offering London chit chat at its finest

Quick Facts About Ramble Inn

Ramble Inn appears to have several strengths based on the comments provided. First and foremost, the staff at Ramble Inn are consistently praised for their kindness, friendliness, and attentiveness. Customers felt welcome and appreciated during their visits, which is always a positive attribute for any establishment. Additionally, the customers themselves were described as friendly, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
Another strength highlighted by customers is the quality of the Guinness. Many individuals remarked that Ramble Inn serves the best pint of Guinness outside of Ireland. This could be a significant draw for Guinness enthusiasts or those seeking an authentic Irish pub experience. Furthermore, the bar staff were knowledgeable and suggested alternative drinks for customers who may not typically drink Guinness, ensuring a positive experience for a variety of tastes.
Several customers also appreciated the affordability of Ramble Inn. London is known for being quite expensive, but customers felt that the prices at Ramble Inn were reasonable, especially considering the quality of the drinks and service. This affordability factor can make the pub more accessible to a wider range of customers and attract repeat business.
The food at Ramble Inn was also praised, particularly the toasted cheese and ham sandwich. Customers were satisfied with the quality and taste of the food, suggesting that Ramble Inn can offer a satisfying dining experience alongside its drinks. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with comments about clean glasses and well-maintained toilets and pub overall. This attention to cleanliness can contribute to a positive overall experience for customers.
Additionally, Ramble Inn appears to cater to sports fans, offering a good environment for watching sports such as GAA and football. Televisions showing football results and horseracing were mentioned, indicating that customers can enjoy their favorite sports while enjoying a drink. This can be a significant draw for sports enthusiasts seeking a pub to watch games with like-minded individuals.
However, there are a few weaknesses that can be gleaned from the comments provided. Some customers remarked that the pub appeared dark and narrow from the outside, which may not attract potential customers who prefer a more open and spacious environment. It is worth noting, however, that the comment also acknowledges that appearances can be deceptive and that the pub's interior is actually quite spacious.
Another potential weakness is the lack of seating stalls at the bar. While this may not be an issue for some individuals, others may prefer the traditional setup of sitting at the bar, interacting with the bartender, and observing the activity. The absence of seating stalls may deter those who enjoy this aspect of pub culture.
Finally, it is worth mentioning that Ramble Inn operates on a cash-only basis, with an ATM nearby for convenience. While this may not necessarily be a significant drawback, some customers may prefer to pay with card for convenience or security reasons, and the cash-only policy could potentially inconvenience them.
In conclusion, Ramble Inn appears to have several strengths based on customer feedback, including friendly and attentive staff, a welcoming atmosphere, excellent Guinness, reasonable prices, good food, cleanliness, and a sports-friendly environment. Potential weaknesses include the initial appearance of the pub from the outside, the lack of seating stalls at the bar, and the cash-only policy. Overall, Ramble Inn seems to offer a positive experience for its customers and is well-regarded as a reputable Irish bar in London.
