A different place completely messed my nails up using “ pink n white “ they fixed my nails . Nails seem smooth and even . I do in fact have 3 kids and never really time to myself so 3 stars for your “ not so kid friendly” previous posts below…. Mothers need love too regardless If they have their kids …. I now know not to bring in my kids … prices were fairly high $45 for a fill and a color ( not cut down ) apparently that’s extra $7 (…) however …. I more than likely will be back
I love my nails!! I showed him a picture of what I wanted done and he exceeded expectations! the pedicure was very nice and the massage chair felt amazing!! I will definitely be returning
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DONT COME HERE I made an appoitment and I had to wait more than 1 hour worst manicure ever! And this is Gel and now I have to pay for someone to remove this mess! I had an event that day I had to go like this! See the edges in the photos hard to believe!
Went here 2 other times the man was ok with how he acted and treated me…a little rude but not bad and nails looked pretty good….I went with my daughter today and I’ve never been treated so badly. I cried in my car after. He asked if I wanted “cut” I couldn’t understand and said no and he said “No?!!” I said “I don’t know?”
I showed him my photo i wanted and he said he could do it. I asked what color he would recommend. He tossed all colors and said “pick a color!” I looked for a bit then he said “you not pick a color yet? go sit over there!” And made me go sit on the couch . It was like 2 minutes after he tossed the colors at me. I was so taken back. I couldn’t believe how he was acting or why? I asked what he would recommend and he said “pick a color!”
My daughter got hers completed and he told me “we don’t have time for you, we just got a call for appointment.” ?! I was already there but since I didn’t pick a color immediately he refused to do my nails?!
Horrible customer service!!!! Talked to me like I was a dog. There was just me and my daughter in there. I don’t know why salons think they can speak to people with such disrespect. We are just trying to relax and pamper ourselves. Instead I went home in tears. It’s getting common at all these nail salons. Go to any other place but here or Kim nails by McDonald’s in fort Payne!! They are just as rude
Love my nails ???????? they do an amazing job every single time! And I alway get the special pedicure! Totally worth it!!
Always great service!! Works hard to get you in and out. As a hairstylist myself I understand the stress or working with the public and trying to schedule appts and still focus on your clients. We all try to use speaker phone because it saves us time to service everyone. I am always so pleased with my services and their kindness. I highly recommend!!!!
The WORST experience I’ve ever had while getting my nails done. The one man that was working was rude and totally unprofessional. He stopped to FaceTime his wife WHILE doing my nails. He also never asked me what length I wanted my nails to be, I had to ask him to file them down. I also heard him be completely rude to another customer who was calling to ask about scheduling an appointment, he hung up on her mid sentence. My nails look awful,and totally uneven. I will NOT be back! I would give -5 stars if I could.
I come here for my pedicures, they do a great job! They get you in and out!
