I went here a couple of years ago for beauty and the Beast themed nails and they came out perfect. So when I finally moved back to the west valley I came here again. This time they had to fix another shops work, and now I know I should have just come here first. They are so nice, and give great service. My technician had a great eye for detail and took her time to make sure my nails looked great. Their prices are fair and I will be going here from now on!
Second and last time that I go here. Good customer service but horrible job done on my nails. The first time I had about five nails with cuts on my cuticles. I addressed it and they told me it was normal. The second time the man that did my nails seemed to be rushing. My nails were poorly done Left with patches all over.
Amazing service, and amazing conversation. The prices for the pedicure is good and they pay so much attention to from head to toe. Will make this a regular thing here.
I almost let one bad review make me not go here but im sooo glad i did !!! I got Ray and he was amazing, i told him exactly how i wanted them and asked if he'd not cut my real nails, he was amazing he understood i have sensitive cuticles and was gentle. He was super quick but detailed i will be coming here every time!!! I finally found somebody as good as my old nail guy im very happy! I recommend anyone to go to Mr.Ray here!!! He will do whatever you want and actually will listen to what you want.
By far one of the best nail shops in the area. The staff is amazing. They do really great work and the prices are awesome. I won't go anywhere else.
I love coming here. I been a client of Dinah and her crew for 5 years and still holding strong. I drive all the way from Tempe just to get my nails and toes done. Not once have I ever had a bad time or experience. Her crew and Dinah always make sure I’m comfortable and polite. I would honestly recommend her shop to everyone because they’re just simply that great.
This was my first time ever going there. I wanted to give it a try since it closed a little bit later than others also because it's close to home. Whoever did my nails seemed like she was the owner, she was nice and all but my nails were not what I expected. The lighting there wasnt all that great they looked pretty at first but once i got home i started noticing a couple of nails were darker than the others which was the color i really wanted and also the gel wasn't on all the nail. Well i was just gonna ignore that but then by the second day a nail broke off because all the lighter nails were real thin. I went back to try n fix it but she was busy she said to go the next day. Some people dont have time to be going the next day to get a nail redone it should be done right the first time. After a couple of days another one broke. Now a week later a third one broke and i just took em off because i got mad and they looked ugly 55 dollars plus tip wasn't worth that. If you do go here make sure you pay attention to your nails before you walk out and that they use enough of that stuff so they dont break so easily.I dont get them done much but my nails usually last at least 3 weeks without breaking this was a first.
Okay first let me start by saying the owner is wonderful she has a very inviting personality and makes you feel very welcome.
I've been coming here for seven months I had my nails done by Ray and he always did a good job.
I've now had my nails done twice by two other nail techs and they were awful.
My thumb nail is so lumpy it looks like Sloth from the Goonies. The girl that did my nails kept complaining that she wasn't at her station and the acrylic was drying to fast for her.
I sat there wondering why she didn't just switch stations instead of complaining and leaving me with speed bumps on my nails.
Two weeks later one of my nails had popped off, That never happened when Ray did them.
My natural nails are so thin from being filed to death. I don't know if I can get them fixed now.
The oil they used made my skin crack and bleed then come off in patches.
The older woman that did my nails before did an even worse job than this at least the young girl managed to paint the whole nail.
While I do appreciate the owners wonderful personality, I'm not about paying 60 dollars for some busted looking nails that pop off in two weeks.
