Lady seemed rude.Never again coming here! Left really disappointed! Not happy with my results! Paid $30 for some nails that I could have easily done a better job myself! I went twice for them to fix it and still weren’t able to give me the service I paid for!

Long wait and the gel literally chipped the same day and they cut all my nails crooked... i got the done yesterday and i paid for the luxury deluxe pedicure which is 55 dollars paid 75 with gel and everything and this is what i get... wooww

Came to cut down my Ivy Queen nails and LAURA hooked me up! Love my highlighter nails! Got a nail cut down and gel and LAURA gave me exactly what i asked for and more! Definitely coming back to her.

I got a gel manicure and it was badly done. The edges we're not cleaned up, I have polish on my skin. The layers of color are not even and I didnt get my nails filed at the very end so the tips are kinda rough. Manicurist was rushing through my whole service and didn't even give me lotion or oil to top it off. I still paid full price +$tip. I also suspect that the tools are not being properly disinfected. Also the hours on google are inaccurate, please fix. Will not be returning.

I have gave this place a second chance and was still as disappointed as the first time, first of all the floors and tables are dirty, they don’t sweep or pick up after they’re done with the jobs, they don’t do a good cuticle clean up for a full set or set the polish correctly, they overcharge and don’t even do a good job. I came for mani and pedi and they hurt my toenails and cut them crooked. At the end the total came out to $55 and they still wanted me to tip and I said no, because the work was messing and rushed and I went in early to avoid that. Just don’t go here it’s a waste of time and money.

So I went to get my nails done today 10/26/18. I got there at 10am and I left at 12:30pm, 2hours& 1/2 for a full set of nails (SIZE MEDIUM-LARGE & GEL NAIL POLISH) and the man that did my nails still left them looking very ugly!. But That's not even what I am angry at, once the man finished my nails. He gave me a receipt of $38 for only my nails! I'm not a cheap person at All! Gel is $10, so he is charging me $28 for the SIZE ITSELF! The size chart says (small=$15 medium=$18 large=$20) so I asked him why was he charging me $28 for the size alone!? And he didnt answer my question at all!, he started talking in his language to the main/manager *Vincent* and he lowered the price to $35. I'm still very upset not because I dont have enough money to pay. But because they think their clients are stupid and arent going to be asking questions about how much they over charge. At the end of the day he still overcharged me $5 and their goes his tip. Every time I go they always put the price up for the same exact nail, I always get the same nails. Last time it was $32 , then it was $35 , now today it was $38. And the nail polish wasnt even applied correctly!

The point is that this place OVERCHARGES their clients all the time! Please do not go to this place, I have given this place many many chances and each time I go they do something different. It's unfair, dont put yourself in the same position as me.

They're just about money they try to get every single person that walks in there, when it's already packed, they rush everything they do just to get to the next person, so they don't do a very good job.They even make the ladys who do pedicure do nails when they have no experience, because they have so many people waiting. And they also make a guy do eyelashes who also has no experience, they would rather do a shitty job than risk loosing 20 dollars.

Worst nail place ever! The guy that I got he rushed doing my nails he used to much powder and then got it stuck to my skin and tried to pull it off and that hurt so bad I wanted to scream and then to top it off with the thing to sand the nails down he kept doing it hard to a point where my nails where burning. This is not the place even if it's last min just wait to where you normally go not worth it, not worth your money. So over priced!
