Horrible customer service. Less than a week after I got an acrylic fill in with gel polish. The polish on all of my nails started cracking and chipping off. I went back to get them in fixed and was told they couldn't fix it because I needed to make an appointment and to come back the next day. I informed them that I am would be traveling they next day, so that want possible. Again I was told there is was nothing to they could do. Forget to the fact that I had to come back less than a week later and didn't even offer to compensate me somehow for their nail tech's poor execution Fixing the issue should've been to priority.

Haven't been there in quite a while. Really like the new layout. Had my nails done by June on her sister's recommendation. Very pleased.

Absolutely enjoy my time there, and Vy does a phenomenal job with my nails every-time!

I've always given them 4 or 5 stars... Today was not good. First the young man that did my manicure did not take the nail tools out of a sealed clean bag. I said something and then he sprayed disinfectant on them. Part of a standard mani is the hand massage before the polish starts. At 1st he didn't understand, the manicurist next to him had to tell him...

The salon is nice and clean. June does a wonderful job on my gel manicure and has fixed up my awful eyebrows! The pricing is fair and I always leave happy! I have recommended this salon to others and will continue too!

Absolutely awful. I went for a gel manicure & my daughter went for a gel mani/pedi. We both had appointments for the same time. They took me at the scheduled time but my daughter waited a 1/2 hour probably because they kept taking walk-ins. My manicure was so quick & it looks awful already cracking after it was done. My daughter’s was even worse. They put on the wrong color & when she told them they said that was the color she picked. When she was done with her manicure she sat there the woman walked away & was going to take a walk-in the girl behind the desk said my daughter was getting a pedicure also she claimed she never told her even though the receptionist told her 3 times. She put the color away picked a color that she said my daughter picked which again was not & the color did not even match the color of her nails. There was polish all over her hands & toes she rushed through it because she was either talking on the phone or worried about who was walking in. My daughters nails & toe nails look like a child did them. After paying $90 for all 3 services I’m very angry about it. There was no sense in even calling or going back because I heard another customer yelling about something & the person doing her nails was very nasty & rude back. I will never ever go back again!

I was referred to this place and decided to book with Seven , supposedly the lead technician. I noticed he took great pride in his work and was very impressed with his skills.

I requested decals on 2 fingers and he overcrowded the nail with too many decals which I expected as a professional should know better.... sometimes "less is more"

I then requested that he removed them bcos thinking of going 2-3 wks with my nails like this is definitely not my forte. To my surprise he was most reluctant to grant my request. I then advise him I would not be leaving with my nails like that and then he finally did as ask but not without first grabbing my hand and uttering instructions to "put my hand here and there" and was very rude and rough, definitely not the initial person I started with obviously transformed....(Dr Jeckyll and Mr Hyde)

I'm always amazed by nail technician's attitude when patrons request a preferred design.... What happened to pleasing the customer and providing a good customer experience...
