She grabbed my card and ran it for 115 and didn’t even tell me pricing. They used the shellac light when I didn’t have shellac nor did I ask for it. Nail set got one coat of acrylic and wasn’t even buffed and polished. Quickest and worst experience ever at a nail salon. Now I have to pay someone else to fix my nails. I totally feel robbed. I wish I didn’t sign the slip so I could put a stop payment. It’s day two and I was hesitant to low score someone but this was really bad. I should have guessed the desperation when she called me back when I didn’t show up 10 mins after I called. Ugh.
Took my mother-in-law for the first time. They were wonderful and made her feel like a Queen.
Nina did a great job on my dip powder nails! The design was exactly as I want. The staff is kind and professional. Would highly recommend.

I walked in on a Sunday looking to get my nails removed, all other salons I checked were closed. I’ve never come here before as a local, but the lady’s attention to detail and returning my nails to the best state that she could leave them in was incredible! she touched up my cuticles, reshaped my natural nails, and went far above and beyond what I was expecting! I have never experienced this kind of treatment at a nail shop before. Go here!!!! They are incredible!
Went here once. Will never go again. Could of done a better job myself. They left like 90% of my cuticles even after I asked to please remove more cuticles. Very messy pedicure job. Shellac was peeling off my finger nails less than one week later near the cuticles and I repainted my toe nails myself a week later as well???? not quality FOR SURE. Waste of time and money
My dip manicure was very subpar. They chipped off in 2 days. I’ve had dip for years and that’s never happened. I thought maybe it was a 1 off so I went for a redo but same thing. I’m not sure if it was product quality or the technique.
The staff is really nice and friendly. The shop is in a corner and boarded up because they had a break in, so it’s not very inviting from the street but it’s clean and comfortable. The pedicure I had was great though. So I’ll give it 3 stars because I’ll never get another dip manicure there again but their other services are just fine.
Previously would get dip manicures (French) in Palm Springs and loved how they look. Now I can get my nails done here in Maple Valley at Queen Nails and I’m very happy with how they look. I also bring my granddaughters here for pedicures and they love the flowers that are painted on their big toes. Thank you.
