What a great find! I stopped at Q's yesterday for the first time ever to get a buzz cut. The shop instantly had a great energy to it. Quentin (I hope I spelled that right!) was very professional and did a great job. Even though I was the only female there (and much older than the nice young men there!) I didn't feel awkward or out of place at all. It was a fun experience. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to my friends.
I recommended this place twice and have noticed it is the best barbershop in town. Each time Quentin is told how the customer wants a cut, he doesn't fail to give them what they want. The shop is comfortable and clean. I'll always recommend this place to anyone asking for a great fade or cut!
Website was a little janky but once there I got amazing service
They didn't try to chat me up when I didn't feel like it ????????
I had my universal experience of not having hair jargon and them not asking clarifying questions, but we got it to work
They even cleaned up my eyebrows for me

Worst barbershop I have ever been to. Quentin only said maybe only two words to me the whole time. I asked him to take more off the top and he completely ignored me. I left the barbershop covered in hair and had to go home and finish shaving my neck. Will never ever be coming here again or recommending to anyone I know.

Quincy is a very good barber and leaves you looking clean. The shop itself has a good atmosphere and is super clean. I don't trust too many people with my beard and hair but if you are looking for someone, hit up this shop to keep you looking good. Q's definitely THE BEST BARBERSHOP IN BILLINGS MT!
The haircut was too short, but that's not the issue I had with this place. The stylist was trying to diagnose my scalp saying I had ringworm?! Excuse me!? I went in and the doctor said it was irritation caused from sweat and wearing a bandana. Will not be back to establishment after such disrespect.
