I don’t get my Nails done often. I decided to go treat myself and made myself an appt. When I got there I was greeted by a very nice and helpful gentleman. He guided me what to do and before I knew it, a nice man named Steve was doing my nails. He was very kind, very fast and very efficient. He listened to what I wanted and executed the look I wanted. The atmosphere in Qnails is very cozy and inviting. Big enough to not feel cramped and crowded. 5/5 STARS and would most definitely come back.

Interactions overall were at best ok. My nails look like an amateur did them, bubbles, very visible brush strokes, nail shape is off, literally painted dirt particles into my nail. I could have done better myself. Would go back for a fix but honestly don't even trust them enough to do that. Disappointing.

I’ve never written a bad review before but I was so disappointed with my experience. This is only my third pedicure and since my last one at another salon was so amazing I decided to schedule another with a friend who wanted to try Q Nails. It was a really nice atmosphere and everyone was extremely friendly but I could tell they had overbooked themselves. I waited 30 minutes in the pedicure chair - this wasn’t a problem and they were very nice and apologetic - but my pedicure was very rushed so my tech could move on to her next appointment. A few times she was rushing so quickly she had to completely redo the paint on my toes. After putting me under the dryer she came and sloppily applied my top coat. I was also under the wrong light for a gel polish. The photo I attached was a few days after my appointment. I’m really not too picky or high maintenance but I could’ve done a much better job myself at home.

Got my nails done about 2 weeks ago..just took off Nails a couple days ago. I woke up this morning with my left ring finger completely swollen, red, and very hot. I just checked it out and there was blood and pus oozing from it. This isn't the first time this has happened to me here. Will definitely not be going back.

i haven't gotten my nails done in 2 years until last week. i have nail damage of about 4 or 5 acrylic sets just in one SERVICE they filed my nail down to its bed and i found out after one popped off and then the nail did as well i am bleeding through bandaids. worst customer service i was switched 2 times from workers i kept quite. not even days later they are lifting and i now have to get them redone, I was refused a refund as i was told i could possibly be scamming. Not worth coming here as they do not know what they are doing,

Wonderful. The girls were having a good time, therefore there was a positive attitude afloat! And it was magical....so nice to see friendly smiling happy faces!!! And good job on my custom nails too!!!

Did not push cuticles back. Technician rushed while applying nail polish and missed a few areas- chipped on one nail after 2 days

I love how nice this nail salon is on the inside and how nice the employees are. Even when they are completely booked they still always make time to at least get my daughter in on a walk in to do a gel nail polish which is greatly appreciated.
