I came in there for a fill in and left so unsatisfied & disappointed. Normally, they do great nails and the prices match. I asked her to just shape them as sharp squares and the color pink, I left with blob nails. I asked her to fixed the shape again after asking her throughout the whole process, she then told me I needed to pay for $5 more??? I expressed to her I didn’t like the nails and I didn’t agree with the fill in price being $55 for all these hidden fees… she treated me very rudely throughout the service all because I just wanted my shape fixed. I wasn’t expecting this today, won’t be going back. Customer service here was a 0/10.
Its my second time coming, first time it was great. This time it was awful. They close at 8 and i arrived at 5. So its not like i arrived last minute. I waited, and when it was my turn, the man that did my nails was watching videos on his phone, so he was distracted. Having pauses. At first i didnt mind. As long as he did a good job, but he really wasnt looking at my nails as he watched, he skipped a few steps of the whole process. whole time he was huffing and puffing annoyed when he put on the powder. If you come here do not go to the older man.
It is beautiful. I love this place! They are super professional and kind. You get your money worth. Everything is sanitized and they don't reuse pumice stones, they open the package in front of you. My #1 place to relax.
I went in for a pedi and fullest. The pedi was great. But while shaping one of my bails the lady broke the nail, I told her that it was broken she continue to add acrylic. Which was still lose almost hanging. While in the cashier I told her that it was loose she argue that it wasn't. Called the owner and she said she will fix it. Because it was broken. The lady that did my nails canine to argue in her language then I decided to walk out with my nail hanging. The owner asked if I wasn't going to wait to get it fixed. I said no because of the unprofessionalism
Showed up at 10:08 on a sunday and waited until 10:20 for someone to show up. They are SUPPOSED to be open but they clearly had no one in the building. Waste of time. Bad business.
The service was horrible!!! I asked the peraon if ahe could straighten up the mistakes she made. She got really ther do upset with me & got a very skinny young guy from the back. He tried to fight me all out of NOWHERE & I still have no idea what happened & neither do the police as I had to call the police on these employees as I was scared for my life. Several women left the place & swore they would never come back just off wheat they saw from beginning to end.
I just love this place!!! Catie greets you as soon as you come through the door!!! She’s very sweet and did my nails exactly how I wanted them!!! Definitely love Michael and BeBe for my pedicures!!!
If you can’t execute what a customer wants don’t agree to do it .!!!!!!! What I wanted vs what I got .!! A waste of 80$ won’t be coming back . Case closed ????????⚖️
