The nail tech was not friendly at all and today I got a basic pedicure and manicure with gel polish. It was $85 and I was there less than an hour. I was thinking it would be $70 at the most. With tip is was $100. The man that was there was friendly. I'm guessing he is the owner. I won't be back.
Place was clean. Massage chairs were nice. Service was quick. Not super easy to communicate desires with employees. I took my daughter in for a pedicure because we needed help with exfoliating dry feet. I told the lady that’s why we were paying for a pedicure but she still only spent like 15 min on the entire service. We both left with visible dry skin on the bottom of our feet. $30 bucks each for the basic pedi seems a little high for literally the bare minimum. Paint job was okay.
I have had artificial nails for 35 years. Two of my grand daughters came to visit from Montana. My nail specialist was fully booked and could not help my gals. I tried 4 other salons but they too were booked. We were in the New gate Mall and decided to try Q Nails. $110 later (for 1 fill and 1 full set) the nails were Awful!! The nails were NOT SMOOTH; THEY WERE ALL DIFFERENT SHAPES; THE THUMBS WERE WIDE AND BOXY; THERE WAS NAIL GLUE GOOPED ALL AROUND THE CUTICLES; ALL 20 FINGERNAILS LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE DONE BY A BEGINNER TECH!!
MY daughter and I came In to get our nails done. Shirt notice, (thays why 1 start) literally 1 week later multiple nails were popping off. I've never had nails do that before. To top it off they charged $65.00 each!! I would never recommend this place..
Me and my daughter Took my granddaughter for a pedicure for her 4th birthday charged as a $130 for the 4 of us took them 10 minutes to do all 3 of us slopiest Sorryest pedicure I ever hadDon't waste your time or money!!!
Were not all the way dry, were messed up. Peeled off next day. Would not recommend.
I had a great experience here, the workers were really nice and did amazing job on my nails, would really recommend
I love this place. I’m not much of a girly girl so I don’t get my nails done a lot but every once in awhile my husband thinks I need to treat myself and sends me to get a pedicure. Every-time I get a pedicure from here my feet always feel so good. I’ve been to a couple other places as well and those places has never made my feet feel as good as Q-nails can. I work on my feet all day and sometimes I just need Q-nails to work their magic and get my feet feeling back to normal.
