trying to be as nice as possible about this!! i went here and asked for oval hot pink nails with my ring finger as iridescent white glitter instead i received square hot pink and sliver glitter. the job was done sloppy and wasn’t what i asked for! not sure of the workers name but it’s the only male worker there! don’t recommend seeing him
An is the absolute best! I have been going to her for years. She pays so much attention to detail. She cleans up all my cuticles and bottoms/sides of feet. I have a hard time keeping long nails and she always does a wonderful job of not getting polish on my skin. She takes such great care of me and is very sweet. Q Nails also fits in with my schedule with their business hours. All of the staff are wonderful! Love this place!
I drove by hoping to find a new salon and Q Nails happened to be open today! I got right in, the nail techs were nice and spoke English! They did my nails exactly like I asked- and this is my new spot for sure! They did a fantastic job, above and beyond what I expected! 5 stars!
Lucy is the tech that does my nails and she did a fabulous job. I always get lots of compliments on my nails.
Ok. I really wanted my second time here to be a nice one.. the first time the guy did just awful and my nails where warped and uneven..this time.. I came in to have sns removed and redone.. the lady that did mine right away just acted like she didn't care to have me there..made be feel bad about my nails asked what they did to them because I hadn't gotten them done there the last time they where done.. just made me feel like I was a burden..just real awful about myself.. then she kept burning me with drilling the polish off..so much pain.. then rushed my nails.. they are not the shape I asked for..and the sns is not even..they are bubbly and warped..just look awful.. I just wanted out.. so then came time to pay.. she gave me attitude when I said I was paying with card and said next time (there will be no next time sorry) to pay cash it's cheaper..ok? Weired?.. so it was $59.00 but what I didn't understand is that the first time I came here and got my nails done I got a full set Plus sns and I paid with a card and all of that was $48.00 this time just a removal and no added or tips just my own nails and SNS polish I didn't even get a manicure they didn't do anything with my hands at all that remotely came close to having a manicure just took my nail polish off and rushed painting them and dipping them.. and it cost more? How? Whatever.. I normally tip $30.00 dollars but I didn't this time.. and quite frankly I could forgive all of that but what I can't forgive is how they talked amongst themselves about me ..just a friendly reminder that just because I am white passing does not mean I don't understand your language.. I actually understand six languages, yours being one of them.. you should consider being kinder to people and don't just assume they can't understand you because we understand more than you think and it makes people feel pretty s***** when somebody's talking about them like that because yes I understood every word you were saying to each other about me.. do better.. Be better and have the day you deserve...
I was the only customer in the salon, I was never spoken to in English my entire visit. They chatted amongst themselves. The worst was when the other lady came in to do my pedi, she never stopped watching her cooking video. She never spoke, never even asked if I wanted my nails trimmed she just did! It was the 3 women. If they are there don't go, go anywhere else that you will Actually MATTER.
I will never go there again!!
The customer service was kinda iffy but they did an amazing job on my nails. French fill!! Looks amazing! Now this pic is my nails 2 weeks old and they still don't need filled!!!! Will return
Extremely bad experience I watched an older woman with grey hair pulled back finish a pedicure and go to the sink rinse one nipper under water and come to me with the same instruments she used previously. I have owned a hair salon for many years,and been in the buisness for 36 years. This is dangerous, especially with covid. I told her I had diabetes and needed Sanatized tools. After that she rushed to get done with me and I will probably need a pedicure next week. I would warn people not to use this woman
