TOM, GO TO TOM! His attention to detail is on point. He tries his best to give you what you want and ask for. HE’S AMAZING! He gave me exactly what I asked for, especially the shape (very smooth, not wide, to the cuticle, and even length)! I’M OBSESSED WITH THEM! (color is M3)

They left me waiting for about 20 minutes, my nails are crooked and un-even, and they aren’t even to my cuticles. With the pictures I showed them they told me they were unable to do that, and didn’t even see if someone else could try. And by far they aren’t even the color i wanted.

I had a decent experience. I'm very happy with my nails, though they aren't perfect. Cao did them, he was kind, and overall seemed very experienced. Since I got matte, there are a few brush marks visible in the acrylic, but you can't really see them far away. He also originally said $45, then said $50 while I started to get my wallet out, which I thought was odd.

I don't appreciate that they don't have a price board up, or anything indicating what to expect to pay.

I most likely won't be returning, but I did (mostly) enjoy my experience here.

Did my nails for prom! they were amazing and exactly what i asked for.

I have been getting my nails done here since I moved to Buffalo in September. They have always charged me $35-38 for a shellac manicure. Three weeks ago I got solid purple with glitter on the ends they charged me $38, two days ago I got the same thing done solid pink with glitter on the ends and they charged me $45! When you walk in there is NO price board anywhere and every time I am done they ask who ever is in charge at the time what to charge me. I am shocked and pissed off that within three weeks the price can go up $7...for the exact same nails. The service was not better, the manicure was fast and there was no extra time spent on anything. But it was not worth $45! It seems to me that they judge you and make each person pay a different price each time.

Love this place. Everyone is super kind. Can tun a bit behind schedule, but that's typical for most nail places. Every staff member is great, Cao is my favorite nail artist. They offer a wide range of colors and special polishes. They were so accommodating to my children when they were getting their nails done as well. Overall great vibes and I recommend this nail salon It's the only place I will go in town to get mine done :)

I have tested out a handful of salon and by far the happiest with Q nails! I am an incredibly picky person when it comes to my hands and nails and the manager guy did a FANTASTIC job and listened to my needs! He was so professional and took his time! Will definitely be having Q nails do my nails from here on out! ????
