I've been coming here for years and the Tran family are not only wonderful people, but very good at what they do as well! I would recommend Q nails to anyone and will continue to go here for years to come.

Had an appt at 9:15. They got me in so quick. No time was wasted. Friendly environment. My nails looks great, had a pedicure as well and it was wonderful my feet look good and feel good. Definitely will be going back!

I have been to this establishment a hand full of times and never had a wow experience. My usual location was booked up for a while and I went out on a limb again and tried going here, and I'm sorry I did. The guy that did my nails rushed what he did do to my toes. He asked if I wanted the deluxe or not, I told him no and I found out he gave it to me anyway, having to pay for it. Most likely because he was arguing with two of his coworkers hardly paying attention to me most of the time I was there! I did ask for a design on my nail, and i told him I had a picture of one I wanted and when I focused back at him to show it to him, he already had a design done on one of my toes. At this point I was so angry I just wanted to leave. There was a girl not long before me that had stormed out mad as well, and taking after her I will not be tipping. Horrible service, and slouchy details. Try a different establishment.

Hannah was amazing - really needed a pedicure, and she was efficient and very nice (not too chatty). She is a gem!!!

Came here to get my nails done for the first time in almost 2 years and haven’t had a good experience. Day 7 two nails broke so I came into have them fixed and he got mad and was yelling at me. He didn’t handle the situation well at all. Mistakes happen, yes! But he should have handled this way better. He angrily replaced the nails with different tips shaped and shaped them differently then the rest, And wouldn’t speak to me the entire time. Three days later another nail breaks so I had to come back yet again! I’m very disappointed and they definitely didn’t seem to care. So I just really do not recommend this place at all.

Nice nail spa at a good price. The chairs are fine but the decor could use updating.
