My friend gets her nails done here and she recommended them to me so I began using them for my nails for the past 1 1/2 months. I always have a problem with my nails, sometimes their crooked or the designed isn’t done correctly, when you tell them they catch an attitude and start talking in their language to each other. I asked the lady doing my nails(I’m assuming she’s the owner Kimberly) to shape three of my nails because the ends were too wide and she said that I should have told her before she polished. I hadn’t noticed because they refuse to let you see the progress, one hand is usually under the UV light and the other getting worked on. Apart from that, this place is very dirty. Anyways, I did not leave a tip and I will not be coming back.

Went to get acrylics and a pedicure there and now I have to find somewhere else to get my nails fixed. They were rude and yelling because I hadn’t pick a color when I showed the lady what I wanted. Then the man rushed to go home and now my nails look like they a week old and they uneven. When I told one of the lady that they were uneven she rudely told me they closed and cannot do nothing for me. I had been there since 5:30 and I called ahead and was told the last customer they take is at 6. I left there 2 hours later disappointed.

I always book my appt with Willie, and he is always on time. Very professional and knowledgeable and aware about the latest trends and colors in nails. Willi and the other staff members always welcome and great me with a warm smile. The salon is clean and always have cold bottled water to service clients. I strongly recommend Q-Hair & Nail Salon.

I have used almost all of the nail techs at this salon, Mimi, Bibi, Willie, Kim and Brian. I use will the most now and he is amazing and over the 8 years that I have been coming here the family knows my daughter and myself by name. They have always fixed any issues if I had any when it comes to our nails and they also doing good waxing services. I am very picky when it comes to beauty services and I am pleased.

I have been a customer of this family business for years. The more I go the less professional they are. I moved out if town and came back to Florida for the holiday and decided to go there with my daughter. The win allowed her to sit for more than 30 minutes after soaking . Then the technition (their daughter) got up and walked away never to return. Without having her nails polished. feet meet massages or oiled they demanded full price. Horrendous. They owner and family provided poor service. Imagine after all these years this is how they treat a faithful customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE. BUYER BE WARNED.

This will be my new spot for my nails. Read all the reviews and gave it a try. William did my daughter’s nails and he was great. They were chatting and she felt comfortable. Her nails were well done and beautiful. I had Kim do my nails and she put an extra coat noticing that it needed it. Very concerned about cleanliness. Great conversation, not too much. They put emphasis on being on time and I appreciated that. See y’all soon.

Unfortunately, everyone in this place is really rude. I asked about prices and the individual I spoke to was very condescending and made me feel as though my questions were unreasonable. I had to explain that Ive never been there before and had no idea what anything cost. I had my hands sitting in a bowl of acetone for a duration long enough that my nail beds became sore. To add, the man doing my nails was being so rough I had to ask him to try to be more gentle because it became painful. Later, I politely asked the man doing my pedicure to clean up the nail polish that got all over my feet. Biggest red flag is that they don’t clean their utensils properly in between each customer. I’d recommend not going here.

First and last time I will be there.

I have been coming here for years! Willy is the best. He is always on time and very professional. He takes his time and his nail designs always come out beautiful! Mimi is amazing as well!
