They are absolutely outstanding! I completely do not understand the low reviews. The Anthem location is excellent!! I have my cats groomed and she does an amazing job. Love this place

Victoria is the only groomer I trust with my dogs. She always does a beautiful job and she is very gentle and kind. I feel confident leaving my dogs in her expert care.

They will be OVERLY rough with your animal. Owner doesn't know how to run business, your animal will take FOREVER to be completed, dog was left at 11am, and wasn't done until almost 4! And was skiddish and anxious and ready to leave. Employees were arguing and cussing at eachother, so unprofessional i couldnt believe it! No actual team effort, no teamwork, it's always chaos. I don't know how these reviews are raving about this place because they DO NOT treat your animal right. I'll never be back, and STONGLY advise to not bring your animal there if you love your pet. Ridiculous, horrible business.

I have a dog with trust issues…rescued only a year ago, i have been ‘home cutting’ her to save us the cost and drama. I know I am not the best at it, so I thought i would take her in for a spa day to celebrate her one year ‘gotcha day’.

It was horrible.

They kept her for 6 hours…!!(?!) And when i finally got her, she came back with a SIGNIFICANT razor cut under her chin that the woman called a ‘hot spot’ …(?!) This was NOT there when i dropped her.

(They did mention this ‘hot spot’ when i retrieved her, but being in a hurry and my dog squirming, i was not able to actually SEE it until later. They gave me a discount for the time and sent me on my way….I wish i had not rushed…i would not have paid…but here we are.)

Several days later, my dog remains reserved and afraid all over again…like she was when when i rescued her.

We are BOTH traumatized by this experience./: I guess i’m off to Youtube University to learn to groom her myself.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.

Das Pooch is a cut above ???? the other groomers we have tried in the Valley. Well worth the drive out from the West Side. We love our little Rosie with all our hearts and don’t trust her grooming to just anyone! Das Pooch always takes great care of her, as if she was their own. We highly recommend Das Pooch to all our friends ????

Our two dogs look amazing! We have two English Cocker Spaniels that were groomed by Heather and Randi at Das Pooch. We knew one of the dogs was overly anxious and had been a handful for other groomers, but not this time. They were handled with such professionalism and care that they weren't in a hurry to leave.

Our two doodles and shih-tzu have been coming here monthly for the past 5 years. The staff here are amazing and truly love animals. Our pups always look top-notch! Yes, prices are a little higher than some other groomers but quality work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't quality. We wouldn't trust our pups to anyone else.

We almost did not recognize our pets. Wonderful job. They look like they are ready for Westminster dog show. Great job!
