THIS PLACE SUCKS!! first of all he RIPPED my old dip off instead of soaking it off. my nails were so damaged before he even started. he didn’t prep my nails or anything just began putting the powder on my nails. also he gave me the wrong color i asked for and when i tried to correct him he said i was wrong. they were also $50. so DONT EVER GO HERE!!

Same stuff I wrote before I’m just doing it again cuz I’m really mad and upset. My nails were so much longer and I’ve been growing them out for like a month so I wouldn’t need tips. I’m just upset that I paid foe my nails to make me feel worse about myself. Yes I know they are just nails but let me feel, let me be upset.

The pedicure was wonderful, the manicure was not. As you can see he left glue all over my fingers. And the manicurist had a nasty attitude! Will not be going back!

Still the same unprofessional people that’s very rude!! Henry did my nails but they only lasted for about 2-3 days. $111.00+ a tip went down the drain the gel polishing on my toes broke in many different places, so I have to regrow my natural toenails. Poor quality

Worst experience ever. Do not come here. Very unprofessional and rude. I came in asking to get my current dip nails off and get a new set. They were busy so I told the m ill just get them taken off and come back the next day, no problem. I had work so I did not have time to stay. They told me if I do it right then its $10 t take off my nails, but if I come back Henry could charge $5 OR $10. My question to them was what is the price difference for, if it is $10 either way it shouldnt matter WHEN I got them off. They were trying to explain that if I got them off then redone it is cheaper, however they were implying it could still possibly be $10, whatever Henry decides. This is very unprofessional. I left and told them I was going to try somewhere else and they just started talking in their language as I walked out. I decided to give them a try the next day and I am utterly shocked at how unsanitary this place is. They took my fake nails off with another fake nail that they wiggled under my current set to literally POP THEM OFF! When the nail tech got to my thumb and it was being stubborn to come off she literally took nail pliers to bend my natural thunb nail back to separate it from the fake nail so she could make enough room to fit the loose fake nail under to wiggle my thumb nail off! Absolutely unprofessional. I was also told it would be $5 since I got a basic mani following, until I checked out and they insisted it was $10 since I didnt get gel. This place is so unorganized. I would not recommend coming here. It took longer for my nails to dry under the light (15 min) than it took the nail tech to "do" my nails. Unless you want your nails ruined, DO NOT COME HERE. Not to mention how run down it looks in the inside. Worst experience ever, getting your nails done is supposed to be a relaxing time.

Do not walk....run from this place. In my opinion, the owner does not know how to run a business professionally or ethically. Will never step foot in here. Plenty of other places that will get my business, but not this place.
