I went in today (12/22) for a gel overlay. It was my first time doing it and with a design and Lin did a beautiful job from the photo I showed her! I’m in love with my nails!!
Usually always a great experience every once in a while you get someone that you dont like. I noticed one lady doesnt do your cuticles as good as the rest but everyones nice and friendly. Better to go on a weekday weekends get crazy there.
I have been going to ProNails for years to have Dylan do my nails. Each time I leave, my nails are in perfect condition and I receive so many compliments. Dylan shapes my nails exactly how I ask, and exceeds my expectations with his designs. He truly knows how to do his job, and is always friendly when I come in. I have always recommended him to my friends, because I know they will leave happy as I do!
Dylan is the absolute best. Don't believe the nonsense you read, he's good at what he does and has a great personality also! His work speaks for itself.
Dylan is the best!! I have been seeing him for over a year and he never disappoints! He is so creative and always does any design I ask for! Also the shaping of my nails are perfect and is hard to find! Always leave happy with my nails because of the fun designs! Go see Dylan!! He won’t disappoint!
Dylan was amazing, he took his time with the shape of my nail making then perfect. He also educated me on different nail textures and he's really nice to talk to when your getting your nails done ????
I took my grandma here to get her nails done for her birthday and she was so excited because she only ever gets her nails done on special occasions. The owner of the salon ended up being the one doing my grandmas nails so I assumed that she was in good hands… boy was I wrong. My grandma described the color that she wanted and you know everyone has their preferences but the lady doing her nails really made sure to let my grandma know that she did not like her color and shape preference AT ALL. The owner was calling my grandmas nails ugly right to her face and was quite obviously talking about her to her coworkers. I was in disbelief. My grandma and I were so upset, safe so say we will never be coming back here and I urge anyone thinking of going to find someplace else to go.
owners are RUDE to the customers they don't like (for what ever reason), I have seen them raising their voices at customers on multiple occasions in front of all the other customers.
The work is mediocre at best. Would NOT recommend.
