They are usually ok, but today I went and they messed up my nails, then when they fixed it he just left the power on my fingers and it hardened. Couldn’t take it off with washing/brush and the back of the nails were sharp because he didn’t buff them. This is on both hands.. they charged $55, which ok. Then did a pedicure.. i asked for paraffin wax, which I didn’t get. Then I Pay $117 and they come back and tell me I HAVE to tip. I never knew that tipping was required, specially when service isn’t the best. I was there for 1 1/2 hours and I shouldn’t HAVE to tip, unless I want to or feel you deserve it. I thought that was uncalled for.

Perfection every time I’m in town. Me and my mom Linda been coming here for 17 years and even under new ownership, our service and quality has been great!!

I have been going here for over 10 years. For the last year or so their services has decline drastically. The last two good techs moved away about a year ago and service has been bad every since. I tried to stick in there and remain loyal. After a $55 gel nails set that only lasted 2 days, I'm done. Doing absolutely nothing, 8 of my nails had broke in half by day 2. I only recommend eyebrow waxing from here. Nothing else or you will be disappointed. They will have to get a whole new crew for me to go back!

I used to come here when I lived in Arkansas and they were excellent. Today I went and they could not do my nails due to not having powder to Match my previous acrylic. This is understandable but if the nail tech knew that they didn't have the powder, why would he even begin to file my nails? Now I have to walk around with half filed nails. He should have not touched them and let me go elsewhere. I honestly think that the tech didn't want to do my nails because it would take longer and they has many customers waiting to have their nails done. If I'm willing to pay no matter the price they should be willing to so my nails no matter how many customers are present. On top of the terrible customer service the guy charged me the gel polish price for regular polished toes, Horrible! This is my toe that was supposed to have acrylic on it and look at my toes after the pedicure. Still skin on it and my nail bed looks horrible.

Update: my polish has chipped in less than 24 hours. They really should redoing them or giving me my money back.

They have poor customer service and they are limited on the services that they advertise. Their lists has ombre but you can never get that service.

My past experiences with this company is the some of the staff is very rude! Yesterday the staff was nice I went in to get a manicure, my eyebrows arched and my eye lashes put on. I noticed one of my eye lashes is fuller then the other. The bad part about having an issue with whatever services you get with this company, if you complain they get upset and tell you not to come back. So I just decided to look into finding another company because if you provide a service should be grown enough to fix whatever unsatisfied issue your client have.

The worker I got had a aditude told me I should have went back to where I got my nails done because there nail colors doesn't match with there's. The gel didn't last a week
