I randomly decided to go here since I was in the area getting my hair done and I'm so glad I did. There was no wait and Theresa was very sweet and let me know pricing and made suggestions to help understand my needs. We bonded over our huskies and I actually got what I wanted design wise. It looked better than what I showed her honestly. I will definitely be returning and finally found an amazing spot that treats me well and actually cares. ☺️
I moved from New York to CT and was looking for a great place to get my nails done and was so happy to find Princess Nails! I’ve now been going here for 6 years and can’t even imagine going to a different location. The service is always great and the nail techs are the kindest people. I always love the work I get done and if I ever want something adjusted I always let them know in the moment and they make every effort to make me happy! Princess Nails is the greatest nail salon in New Britain hands down!
I started going to Princess Nails to get a pedicure and manicure for my bridal shower and then wedding and honeymoon 2 years ago. The girls did an amazing job and I’ve continued seeing Khanhley ever since for acrylic nails. Every single experience has been excellent and I’ve continued to share as a recommendation to everyone I know.
In a pretty sketchy part of new britain, but looks are not what they seem. Staff was so nice and did and amazinf job and the cost was not bad AT ALL. Very pleased????

Terrible experience.. I always tip a $20 for a fill but after today, I'm looking for a new nail salon due to their immaturity and rudeness. Even from the girl in the white tech coat! I'll take my $$ elsewhere. A cheap 50$ lesson learned ????
Reply: I didn't know what I wanted? Lol I've never heard that before from a nail salon. I'm sure you mean the nail tech and her assistant couldn't execute what I was clearly explaining to them both. Odd that you're saying sorry now bc that might've been helpful yesterday. What usually takes 45 minutes took you almost 2 hours! And the only reason I said yes to anything was so I could leave and find a real salon to repair the awful job you did. You ladies should be ok with constructive criticism, it's not a negative, really. Also, the tech was annoyed that I turned down a pedi and things just got worse from there, but after the last deluxe* Pedi I received there, that wasn't going to happen again. So I really have given princess nails a 2nd chance but, to no avail... ????
I will only ever go to Princess Nails to get my nails done and will continue to support this business forever. The customer service and the quality are exceptional. My gel nails last over three weeks without chipping or any issues. For the price and experience, you cannot beat it! I 110% recommend this nail salon to everyone.
