This place is literally the worst nail salon in Youngstown. Don’t answer the phone. They don’t accept card as mentioned on ad. Terrible, rushed service. The lady who works here is extremely rude/unpleasant. I asked her to file my mail down a little more she completely ignored me and when I spoke up she said no lol. Obviously I asked her if the man could do my nails next time I swear to God she said “no next time you leave” ???? meaning next time don’t come. Wow. Lol won’t be back.

Shaped like my sister wanted and terrible customer service and on top of that she had to pay 46 dollars to have plain ugly rushed nails plus she tipped 5 dollars and my sister is 17 and got birthday money. I will never recommend anyone to come here!!!

This is the only place that I will come I’ve been to every nail salon around here I even do nails myself and I still choose Princess nails over everybody their pedicures exceed every expectation I have really bad feet andWhen I walk out of there every problem an issue I have is eliminated they are my foot doctor. . Lol! And They are so reasonably priced it’s beyond anything I’ve seen in this whole city she charges me $45 for what another salon will charge me $100 for I would definitely recommend Princess nails

I went in to get a fill and wanted to get my 6 year olds nails painted. The lady was ignorant saying she was too young. Really? I explained just the painting not all the cuticle cutting and that. My poor girl was so upset.

I have been searching for a great nail salon in the area for about 4 months now. I have been to BB NAILS, PRO NAILS AND A+ NAILS. the service at those places was nice but I never left LOVING my nails. I always come with a picture and understand it won't look exactly the same but I'm easy to work with. I came here today to schedule an appointment (was in the area) and they took me right away! The lady who did my nails was fast, and I LOVE my nails. She did an awesome job. I finally found a salon that I am happy with. In this review it wasnt a hit at the other salons but I just wanted to show that I have been around. Very thankful for lisa who did a killer job!

My nails are the first picture the nails i wanted were tje second i recomend coming here it was almost spot on
