I LOVEE PRINCESS NAILS!
I came in two weeks ago and got the most amazing full set gel nails and shellac pedicure! I used to do dip on my nails and was encouraged to try gel nails and will never go back to dip. My nails are so strong and the gel tips are so durable. I was worried about the gel polish fading or peeling but I’ve had no lifting of the nail nor the polish after almost 3 weeks. I wash my hands a clean a lot so this was a big worry for me and I am amazed by the results!
Nicky does the most amazing work! He is meticulous in his designs and compares the nails so everything matches up perfectly. He is so kinda and has created such a wonderful space for his customers.
Thank you Nicky!

I got these done 3 days ago I was charged 95 dollars for my nails and toes. They look very bad very bulky and my toes aren’t fully polished they figured out a way to charge me as much as possible and still did a terrible job. They’re already razing like their about to pop off absolutely ridiculous I wouldn’t take my dog here
This is my favorite nail salon. They are professional and kind. I love my nail tech. He's the best cuz he is professional and kind with great skills. They make u feel like family.
Best place to go! The men do amazing
Work! I’ll never go anywhere else again
I actually went in for a pedicure and when I say the older little lady did a magnificent job!! She took her time and gave me the best foot massage. I’ll definitely be back. When I was drying my toes I decided to get an overlay, when she was doing it I felt I wasn’t going to like it however she amazed me. Nice and then shaping was perfect and her hand massage was everything!!
Only down fall I had was the polish was too sticky.
This place is a hidden gem. Great job on my nails. New owner is amazing too.
It’s turn out really good. I love it so much.
Sam did really well. I’m so ready for Christmas
I had a HORRIBLE experience at Princess Nails. It was almost unreal. So, yesterday I decided to treat my little sister to a mani-pedi at Princess Nails since it was close to her home. When we arrived it was packed, but not overly crowded due to Covid restrictions. Anyways, I let my sister go first since it was her special day. Her nails turned out amazing, so I was excited for my turn. That excitement quickly began to fade as I waited 40 minutes and customers behind me began going before me. I spoke up and the nail tech stated she thought I was just waiting for someone. That made since, so I waited until it was my turn.
Whewww Chile, this is where the problems began. My nail tech was a heavy set woman that appeared to be pregnant (if not whoopsies). She was FALLING ASLEEP WHILE DOING MY NAILS. I did not initially make a fuss about it because I felt bad that she may have been overworked. So, I asked if she was okay and she said, "yes". She continued to do my nails, and I noticed she put 3 LAYERS of acrylic on 3 of my nails, as if she forgot she had already worked on it. Now, most people would have intervened, but I do not regularly get my nails done so I figured she knew more than me. I told her the nails were looking thick and she said she will flatten them. Boom problem solved....or so I thought! She put on the stringiest, laziest layer of polish on my nails. I complained and she put more polish on it making it worse.
When she finished, the shape was AWFUL, NAILS WERE THICK, AND I HAD ACRYLIC ON MY SKIN. I was running late for something so I had no time to complain or argue. I visited them after my errand to show my nails, as well as pictures when she finished. He stated they don't do refunds, but would repair my nails by appointment. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived he stated there was an HOUR WAIT. After midly, cutting up my nails were fixed within 20 minutes. They are mediocre at best. Moral of the story, avoid this nail shop. The manager is very kind, but the employees have bad attitudes and poor work. I would not recommend this place. This is why I need to stick to black owned nail techs and support black owned businesses. Speaking of, I have a black owned beauty supply store in San Antonio. It is called Your Tia's Beauty Supply. Please check it out.
*P.S. My nails were dry when I left. She left clumps!!!
