Fyi, this place is not up to code or industry standards. I watched them reuse single use nail files, buffers and pedi tools. There is NO BARBICIDE (blue disinfectant) in the salon at all. They reuse sanding bands on their drills with every client. They did not clean or disinfect pedi tubs. They reuse their pedicure towels between clients without washing them. They pull out clearly used files from their table drawers. They did not wash their hands before beginning my service. They did not have me wash MY hands before beginning my service. They did not clean or disinfect nail drill bits before my service. The guy cut me with the nail drill and will be using this on another client without disinfecting it. Think about that for a second. It's as if they are reusing needles. The salon tables itself look like they do not even give them a wipe down MONTHLY when that is something meant to do between EVERY client.
You would think that even without the cleanliness they would at least have done a great job since this is all they do everyday all day... but nah. I watched a few clients leave with pretty good nails so not all of them are bad at nails, but none are cleaning or disinfecting their tools.
I won't be returning but I'll for sure be soaking my nails off immediately and providing first aid to my wounds. He slopped the gel polish on so thick that it cured on my skin and you can tell it's also not applied evenly in addition to not being neat. The guy was apologetic about my nails but once the polish is cured it's very hard to fix. I'll allow the pictures to speak for itself.
Don't like them they tell u to come back in a hour and then still be doing the same person nails I been here for three hours now
Got my nails less than it four days ago and damn near all my nails on my left hand fell off Had a super glue them back on They did nothing to my cuticles or anything
I went to get a fresh acrylic set done and I had one broke nail that needed repair. Instead of cutting the nail as I instructed because it was virtually hanging on the edge she glued it back and said it was fine. Mind you it was my real nail that was broke, not the acrylic on top.
When I asked why she didn't cut it she said because she fixed it. Never again will I go here, just lost a customer for that.
Its wasn't very clean but my nails turned out very nice. She made sure that my polish was done right as well. I would go back again
I’ve been getting my nails done here for many years and I Must say that the customer service has went down hill and fast. They skip over you and do other ladies nails And they don’t acknowledge the fact that you are even sitting there and have been for a while. Poor Piss Poor customer service!!!!! Will be looking for another shop
Got my nails done on Saturday they all off on one hand
The service was fast and professional. I immediately told my family and friends they must visit.
