The young guy is very disrespectful. He wanted to use a drill on my nails I explained to him I don’t use drills on my nail. He kept trying to tell me he had to. So I told him. Don’t worry about doing my nails, he told me I had to pay him for the water to fill up the foot tub????????
Worst experience ever. I went there on Thanksgiving because the sign said they were open there were three people working there. The nail tech immediately got rude with me because I did not understand what he told me to scoot up. He began to do my nails and not push back my cuticles or clip away at the dead skin. I asked him kindly to clip away at the dead skin and he only did it for one nail. Red flag number one. Then when he clipped my nail he did not shape them into a square shape. I asked him kindly if he could shape it so it looks more natural and then he got offended got up and walked away. The other nail tech came over and began to try to remove my nails because she was upset that i directly asked him to fully do his job. She began to tell me she would call the police if I would not leave even though she put nail glue on my nail already. I will never be back there they clearly are racist. They assumed that because I was being direct and was black that I was a problem. I am never rude to nail techs. They were rude to me. If they did not want to be open on Thanksgiving and they should not have had the open sign and been open for business.
Awful service! I had a fill in done and asked the nail technician to correct a nail that was crooked. He did so hesitantly. The next time I went in, I was told to look for another nail salon because they would no longer service me. When I asked why, the woman told me because I requested the nail tech correct the crooked nail. This place won't be in business long with their bad attitude.
Basic pedicure is okay BUT customer service has dropped off over the years. Not my first choice.
They place was nice and clean. They young men did my feet great.

Terrible. Just Terrible. We sat in there for an entire hour. I have never had my nails done so it would have been the first time for me. As soon as it was my turn to pick and choose my nail. A few minutes after, my mom asked her, “can you wipe the table off?” (because it was dirty. covid is real.) after that my mom also asked her can you also wipe the drill off considering the fact that, that drill is used on multiple people. This lady threw an attitude at us when we did nothing to her. She said “Oh you don’t trust me?!?” “You don’t trust me?” That was very unnecessary & uncalled for. Don’t go there.
I went in for simple service. I was not acknowledged. When I ask for help and a very kind voice I was given the nastiest attitude. I do not know why people insist on treating customers that are looking for paid services this way. I would never go back here. She would not even acknowledge me and when I actually spoke to her she gave me a nasty attitude and said that it's going to be too long of a wait. Mind you it is 11 o'clock on a Saturday morning. There are literally 3 people in the entire shop. I would never spend my money to get treated this way. Save your time take your money to where you are appreciated
