I’ve been a long time customer of Pretty Nail, but after the last few weeks I’ll never go back. My last acrylic set completely came off after less than a week. On Tuesday, I went to get them fixed and they were closed with no sign, no alert on social media, nothing, just closed in the middle of the day. Friday evening I had an appointment for 6pm. I arrived at 5:50pm, and by 6:30pm I just walked out because they serviced someone who came in after me (after 6pm) before me. The service, attention to detail, and professionalism has DRASTICALLY gone down over the last year & it’s a bummer because I’ve gotten my nails done here for over 2 years. Taking my money & consistent business elsewhere.
Worst experience I have ever had. I told the lady I had an acrylic overlay on my natural nail. She proceeded to cut off my beautiful natural nails that took me forever to grow out only to put tips on. My nails are super thick, I did not get done what I wanted and on top of that I sat there for 3 hours. My pedicure was fine but I was charged $110. I will never be back nor do I recommend this place to anyone.
Came in at 6pm on Tuesday, no customers and the gentleman was reading a newspaper and said I could not get my nails done because they were too slow. Went back today, Wednesday, at 4pm and the lady said they were too busy and could not do my nails
and then walked away. didn't even tell me when to come back. very rude.
Got my toes done here and the guy was kind of nice. Made an appointment to get my nails done schedule it for two days later. I went in was told to pick a color and then someone else walked in saying they needed a fill in, the guy who told me to pick a color rudely turned to me asking if I had an appointment. Ended up leaving and telling them to cancel and tell he suddenly wanted to ask me to come back after being rude. Worst service ever.
I went there for my friends birthday and my nails all came off within 7 hours. The man did not let my nails cure properly under the light. He went very fast, and normally that’s good, but they did NOT stick to my nails. I will never go back. I recommend sky nails over by festival. Way better and they actually talk to you.
