When the first time with a coworker to get my nails filled in. The first time the guy did my nails he made them look like flat pennies. Went back two days later and showed him that not only was the polish coming off but the penny shape of the nail was lifting as well. He promptly fixed them and I was very satisfied with the finished product
I told the lady I wanted red and gold "V" French and when she did the powder I notice it was lumpy and that one of my nails wasn't straight. I told her that. When she did the gold it was supposed to be just a thin V and she even said let her try and paint in a clear glitter to make it neat. I'm so upset. I wanted nails for my birthday and all I wanna do is cry now.
UPDATE: I went back today to get them.fixed and was really bummed out to not get that I wanted at first. Yet the outcome of them are much better than before and I'm much better now
Worst experience ever! The guy was super rude and Arrogant! I'm new to the area and needed a full set. He told me what he think I should get oppose to me telling him what I want ,he kept getting up interrupting the service to converse with his coworkers, than talked on the phone during the remaining duration of the service. I will never be back! this is what I asked for and this is what I got pic below.. I asked why are you a shaping them Almondly his response was "its not me its your nail bed"

Terrible, 1st time and last time!! He cut my nails way to short, didn't want to shape them after I asked due to his cutting way too short. Changes the color on me (his excuse he couldn't open the color I chose which was a sheer purple)- didn't give me a choice to picka new color also kept trying to upgrade my pedicure. Had to tell him several times DON'T use the cheese grater.
A 5yr old could of done better!!
Jennifer was amazing! She not only made my nails look so good but she was fast and made sure it was done in a timely manner which I appreciate! Will definitely be back!

My husband and I go together. He gets a pedicure and manicure and buffs his nails. The technician just rushed him and did a very poor job. Equipment was not sharp pulling on the cuticles. Didn't do warm water to soak our finger nails. For me I asked for color with black faded tips. I even had a picture and told the technician I wanted a different color than was in the picture but still with the black faded tip. Agian they rushed me. When they started on my nails I put the picture to reference on the table. She did my nails clear without the color I had picked and with a black French tip which is not what I wanted. I ended up just having the solid color done but my husband had already paid. There recipe was not itemized but I m sure we were charged for the design even though the technician rushed and did not make sure she understood what was being asked and I did not leave with the design. In the end they used way to much polish and it crinkled on some nails.
Poor quality and to expensive. This is NOT a $50 nail. I was told 35 then We were checking out she over charged me. Not recommended!!! Poor quality for the price. ????????♀️????
