Have been here an uncountable amount of times, with every visit leaving us pleased and full!
The side salads are always amazing with everything you could think of- even pomegranate!
Food always arrives quickly and with big portions for super cheap prices. Not forgetting the very nice staff.

Visited poppy’s cafe this morning for the first time and it was such a lovely atmosphere. Very generous portions and rich variety. You get quality food for cheap prices. Staff were kind with good manners. Overall 5/5
We visited poppys cafe after asking if they would accept a small well behaved dog while we ate . ( only one in Hockley that would )
We ordered breakfasts , vegan breakfasts and omelettes with chips omelettes with salad ( really good salad )and avocado
Portions were huge , food delicious and prices really reasonable as my omelette and chips and beans was £7.80 including my cup of tea .
Would recommend this cafe . All the food going to the other tables looked amazing too including the sandwiches .
Will definately visit again .
Been coming to poppy’s cafe for 6 years, hands down my favourite place to eat. The flavour is unreal and the food is such high quality both dining in and takeaway. A must try!!!

Just had a wonderful, tasty, chicken salad takeaway from our favourite cafe. First time since lockdown#1. The food is excellent as always!
Lovely staff quick service nicely cooked I just wished they would use real butter the marg is not very nice
