The ladies running the Cafe where delightful, warm and inviting. Service with a smile. The food was exemplary. The meat pie was full of chicken and the scone was to die for. We are definitely going back for a full on meal before we leave the Pontefract area.
This place is very good for sports wear,very very nice shoes at shoe boutique you can get all your Christmas cards & all your meat & food & special ales aswell

No frills, just simple efficient service with very good value for money

It would have been nice to get some thing to eat,but didn't realise that they shut everything down before 3pm. We got there at 2.46pm. To be told that the appliances had been turned off, we could have a coffee and a sandwich . That was fine, but we would have liked something hot and tasty.
Everything one could expect. Serves a valuable service.
