I love coming to Polished nails! I’ve been a consistent customer for over a year and I absolutely love spending my time with Lee, Nancy, and Hannah. They all make you feel welcomed and excited to be there right when you walk in. I usually text them before to check if it’s busy or not so I can avoid waiting. They are building their new location so the temporary spot is small and cozy. Lee is also amazing at acrylic and your nails will look natural and she can do literally any design that you show her. Make sure to make an appointment if you’re getting acrylic because she gets really busy!

Best nail salon in Berkeley! The staff is so talented and friendly. I asked for a very detailed design and they did it perfectly. Le is so patient and spends so much time to make sure the design is perfect. I am so happy with my set!

My wife and I walked in earlier today and although they were quite busy, We managed to get service within 25 minutes. My wife was getting eyelash extensions and I decided to get a deluxe pedicure and back waxing. The deluxe pedicure with hot paraffin wax and sea salt scrub was amazing. My feet feel so smooth and relaxed. One of the best experiences I’ve had in Berkeley. For the back waxing the manager Miss. Lee was very professional, patient and respectful. My skin feels really smooth.I will definitely be back. Thank you.

My daughter and I have been coming to Polished Nail Salon ???? for at least the last 8 years. I can’t say enough about Lee, Nancy, Michelle, Hannah and all the staff???? who are professional, and provide excellent service! From manicures to eyelashes…waxes and pedicures, consistently quality, superb service!

Nancy did my nails today and she was so sweet! She did a fantastic job. She is very friendly and to top it off she does beautiful nails! Le was there as well and both are so sweet and funny! I had a lovely time at this nail salon! Highly recommend!

I love this place! I have been going to Polished Nail Spa since 10+ years ago. I get my nails done by just about anyone, but Le knows exactly how I like my nails now, and she's never afraid to try new designs with me. I have gotten gel, acrylic, regular nail polish for pedicures, waxing and everything. I'm always happy with the results. They are very flexible with timing and when I don't like the color or design I pick, they are accommodating and will help me get what I want. I started going there when I lived one block away and walked by one day, and now I live 30 minutes away (and have been for 7 years), and I still drive there to get my nails done even though I have plenty of nail spas around where I live.

I have gone through a bunch of nail phases, and Le was great with all of them. ???? Some of these pics are my natural nails with gel and some are acrylic. The more time goes by, the harder it is to tell if they're my real nails or acrylic because they do it so well. These are just the most recent ones, but they always come out great and I sometimes forget to take pics of my nails. But here are a few.

Oh, and my nails always last 3-4 weeks, sometimes more. ???? Thank you to everyone who works there for making my nails look amazing every time!

Great service! Third time coming to Polished and they always do an amazing job. Everyone is so nice and friendly - I’ve already recommended them to all of my friends. Last time Tran did a beautiful design on my nails, this week Lee used a new set of sparkly nail polish. Love coming here!

Lee has been doing my pedicures for more than 20 years. She’s the best. The entire staff is great. I am always satisfied with the service. I have also had pedicures by Nancy, Hannah & Michelle. I trust them all.
