Though they did a great job on my daughter's nails, my nails are another story. I got a full set of acrylics on Saturday and by Saturday evening the polish had begun to chip on 4 of the nails and by Sunday afternoon one had already fallen off. The person who did my nails was not experienced in what I wanted but did not relay that until after she was done. They are thick, lumpy, one is crooked the thumbs are not evenly filed. My thumb nails are the same size so there is no reason the acrylics should be different widths. I was told if the polish chipped off within two weeks they would fix them but I believe they should all be removed and redone by someone that has the experience. I will be coming in today when I get off work. The acrylic on my right ring finger is crooked while my actual nail is not.

Overall, I wouldn’t discourage anyone from coming to this location. They accommodated our party of 5 promptly and that is a huge plus! Our toes all look great! We were out of there within an hour. Also, a plus!

On the downside, the language barrier is strong. We couldn’t sit together because of broken chairs. We were charged different prices for the same service. They did not offer any drinks and when asked about them they only had Pepsi, not even water. Maybe it’s a Texas thing but salons typically serve water and wine so that definitely threw us off. It was very hot inside and when we mentioned it nothing was done.

Overall, if you’re just trying to get your nails done real quick they will do the job.

This is the only place I will go to get my nails & toes done! It's always clean & well kept. The owner, Lucy, is awesome. She encourages the nail techs to speak English, so you don't have to worry about them talking about you. The biggest plus is their prices!! I get a mani and pedi with gel polish on fingernails for $65!!! You can't find that anywhere else!! Check them out... you won't regret it!!!

I wanted to take my daughter here for her first nail set for her birthday. She was extremely excited. We came a whole hour before closing and they told us no. My daughter even said “please it’s my birthday.” “She’s turning “ they didn’t care.

Maybe not a big deal to you, but we are new to the area, they missed out on two loyal customers from horrible customer service.

I love this salon!!! Everyone here is so professional. Place is not expensive and they do an exceptional job. Highly recommend. These are a week old. Still love them.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon.

This was the worst experience i ever had at a nail salon! I made an appointment and i still had to wait 2 hours! They took another lady ahead of me right after she said she was ready for me. I will not be back. I feel bad for Lucy, she is very sweet but her staff is terrible.
