This place is hands down the best barbershop in the area. The overall vibe is great, and holy nuts you can't beat their pricing. Well, I mean, you CAN, but you get what you pay for. This is not Cost Cutters, or one of the many other "budget" haircut options that are out there, so if all you're looking for is a cheap haircut that gets the job done, have at it. But for my money, I'm going to Plaza. Everyone that works there is so nice, especially Alicia, who I've trusted to cut my hair for years now. She, and the rest of the staff there, go above and beyond, and are just the best in the biz. She always manages to fit me in, and it's so appreciated. They've often got an adorable and friendly little doggo hanging out there that wears dresses and loves scritches, so that's just an added bonus. Couldn't recommend this place more.
Brittany is a fantastic barber. She listens to what I request and is very friendly. I will continue to come here for my haircuts for three reasons: the atmosphere is very welcoming, the price is unbeatable, and the barbers/hair stylists are well-versed.

I absolutely love the calm atmosphere and Lucy, the shop dog, is super sweet and friendly. Val has been doing my hair for years and she always does a phenomenal job. She is always personable yet professional, as are all of the other barbers that work for her. Overall it's a wonderful and unique place
A very friendly place with a home like atmosphere. There usually is a very friendly pooch who enjoys greeting all the customers at the door. And the first time I was there I met two very well behaved children. I hate recommending it because it may make it harder for me to get an appointment
Local shop with small town feel.
Great barbers who take time to know who you are. They can either hold great conversation or you can sit in peace. Classic atmostphere. Oh and top notch service of course!
I took my boys here with Alicia. She did a great job and we had a great time telling stories. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great and fun haircut.
Love the quality hair cuts and prices. Val and Dave both have always done a fantastic job on my husband's hair. It was an easy choice to start taking our son there for his styles also.
After taking my son to several places for a haircut in west bend, this is the place we'll come back to every time! The stylists LISTEN to what you want. And do a great job every time! Nothing but good things to say about this place!
