They half polished my nails and then tried to charge me to change polish that should have been pink not red. I usually take my own polish…when I refused to pay for polish that I had already paid for in the other services, she told me that I was difficult and not to come back! I can definitely do that one! 0 stars really… by the way, she left polish under my toes from taking it off and half polished my baby toes x 2 polishes..that’s why I kept my extra 5 bucks..I had to remind her that I could count very well!
I am so in love with my nails! I've been to many different nail salons and none of them have been able to do my tie dye that I want and this place did them perfectly! Pink Nails will continue to be my go to place for my nails!
My Godsister treated me out for a girls day we hadn't never been before so we came no long wait time got the gel set on nails Mrs.Tina was excellent and Sebastian was my pedicure technician he was great as well they took great care of us!!!! We will be back!!!!!
Won’t be back communication is horrible, called and asked how much a service was and how long the wait was and she told me how much the service was but when I came in she claimed it was by appointment only.
I waited for 2 hours to have my nails done to be told I would have to wait another hour to be seen. No one tells you how long you have to wait. There was 1 person ahead of me. What a waste of my time!!!!!!!! Ended up leaving without being seen. Would not recommend going there.
Don’t let the man that does nails in here do your nails period. He didn’t shape my nails just clipped them really fast so he could get to more customers and to top it off he had my nails bleeding. They should of provided a cut on the price. I actually loved the place till the man did my nails awful experience. The ladies do a good job though and are really nice but as long as he is there I won’t go there he tries to do my nails everytime. I’m mad because the owner actually made my nails grow I would always get overlay and my nails looked natural. I had to find somewhere else to go so frustrating.
Great first visit here! Sebastián (did pedi) and Amy (did mani) I was equally impressed with them both. They were very courteous and patient with me. I wanted a nude/neon yellow color combination and they exceeded my expectations! I will be back here in the near future. Oh, and be prepared to have Cash Only because cards are not accepted currently.
It was really nice but they need to pay attention because they made one of my nails crooked but still very good service ????????
