first time trying this salon & had a good experience. went for a walk-in full set around 5 pm on a saturday. it was pretty busy and i probably waited about 45 mins. would definitely recommend scheduling an appointment instead of walk in. Danny did a great job i’m happy with how my nails turned out. they look great & exactly what i wanted!
I have been getting pedicures regularly at Pink Nail for about 6 months, but after today’s experience, I won’t be back. While my friend and I were at the top of the sign in list at 11 AM, only I had received service by 12:30 PM. My friend left in frustration. The owner apologized and said others had appointments and offered me a gift card go give him. He also said nail techs up front only do manicures and all those in back doing pedicures were busy. However, they do not offer appointments and I have seen techs provide both pedicures and manicures. Additionally, other customers who signed in up front after us were provided service before my friend.
While I’m happy with my toes, I was also frustrated by the service I received during my pedicure. I have mild Cerebral Palsy and struggle to keep my feet in position to be worked on. The nail tech became very impatient with me multiple times even when I told her I was trying to reposition my feet.
All in all, an uncomfortable and unsatisfactory experience.
Tiffany is always professional and on point!! She always gets my daughter and myself together. Will never go to anyone else for our nails. Absolutely love her!! ❤️❤️
I go here all the time, especially if I’m trying to get a cute design, Tiffany know what she doin but she only does nails! And they last longer than any other place I have visited. The only reason I gave a 4 is because when getting pedi, I like a good foot massage. I don’t ever really get that there, but the pedi is still well done and painted amazingly!
I’ve been coming to this salon since high school (2009) I have my favs (besties) Tiffany/ Khahn, they NEVER disappoint me. They keep me laughing, nail techs that became family!! OHANA!! Forever Salon for me.
Love them! This is the only place I go. Tiffany is the best and I get compliments on my nails always!
I went to do a fill in, nail tech didn’t took all the old acrylic out nor put enough acrylic on the nails. They only lasted 8 days, not a good quality for the amount I paid.
