Absolutely loved my experience at Phoenix today! I got a really amazing scalp massage with the shampoo before the haircut, it felt great. The hair stylist was amazing and gave ne a wonderful haircut! I didn't get his name, so I hope Phoenix responds to this review so I can find out and theb I can return to him soon. He is very precise and detailed when cutting and styling hair. I really appreciated his work. I feel refreshed and look younger. I definitely recommended for men's haircuts. The price was really good as well!

I went in for color and a hair cut and wanted to try out something new. Everyone is amazing and kind there and they try their hardest to help you get what you want. I’m loving my new color! They also explain what would happen over time to the color of my hair and gave me recommendations on how to maintain it which I really appreciate that way I know what to expect. I’ve been coming here for years for my hair, I’ll never try someone new

Anna is amazing, but the best part is the process-- the hair wash is amazing, full head massage, then after the haircut they rehash and massage to get all the loose hair out before styling ????????

四哥 is my favorite hair stylist. I've been visiting regularly for 5 years now and I have yet to have a poor experience. My haircut is simple to do, but he always puts in time and effort to make sure every hair is cut. The pre and post cut wash are a welcome addition to the routine as well.

John has been cutting my hair for 15 years. He is awesome. I trust him to give me the best advise on how to style and take care of my hair.

I physically went in and made an appointment asked the lady if they do curly hair and she said yes. I went in today for my appointment on time and was greeted very nice and the guy asked me to sit for my wash. I sat down and took my hair out of the bun and he started looking thru my hair and asked if my hair was curly and I said yes. He then told me that he can't do curly hair, I thought that he was going to get someone else to do it. NO, he told me that he can't do it and for me to go to the African hair salon down the street. I said what he proceeded to repeat him self and give me the address for the said salon. It's not that he couldn't do it it's the way he said in front of other customers and whole the girl next to me was washing someone else's hair that was just as curly add mine, just a different color person.

A few months ago, I walked in to get a haircut and Jason was able to do my haircut the same day. I have very thick hair that gets frizzy and can look dry. Jason's great haircut encouraged effortless volume and texture that I didn't need to style. Many months later, my hair still looks great with plenty of volume and beautiful layers. Thank you so much Jason! Wonderful service!
