I went a little before closing time, so I am hoping that maybe I got the bottom of the barrel. I was disappointed that their beef combo pho was only beef balls and steak. No tripe, tendons, or other parts we love! The broth flavor was very good, but the execution was clearly lacking for such high prices. Overall it was a clean place, but not the best that I have had...
This is today's experience vs the year the opened.
I think they're a bit better than my 1st time visit. The portions are a bit better even though there's a big price mark up on the menu.
1st time: 2018

Egg rolls tasted just like how my mom makes them.
This is coming from an Asian guy coming from socal, this place gets a 3 out of 5.
Travling from out of town. Was really craving pho but wanted to eat it a our hotel room. We ordered take out. The Pho was packaged perfectly. Everything was in a perfect to-go bowl with the broth separate. Back at the hotel, all we had to do was add the broth and everything tasted like it had just come out of the kitchen. It even came with proper soup spoons and all the sauces.
Pop corn chicken was really good.
Bahn mi was legit.
I could tell most of the people dining there were repeat local customers. I can see why.
5 star for sure... Might go back again tonight.
The beef and chicken Pho are so delicious. We don’t like eating inside because the ventilation isn’t the best but take home or eat outside and you’re golden!
Vermicelli is one of my favorite dishes and theirs is delicious. I also tried the fried tofu which ended up being amazing. I don't like tofu much, but if you're going to eat it, this is the way. It's nice to have a Vietnamese restaurant in town. Highly recommend, 10/10
Pretty good! Super friendly staff. Got the combo pho, dragon pearl, and the popcorn chicken. Good prices for everything. Pho broth was a good, almost buttery taste and had a very beef-y flavor to it. Food came out quickly and everything was fresh. No complaints here.
They did not provide all the food I paid for. When I called, they were unwilling to make it right. Careful, integrity is low here. I won't be returning.
I met was average - not as flavorful as those in San Jose or the Bay Area. Shrimp Spring Rolls were good but peanut sauce is watered down.
