I go there to purchase Betta fish n have only had good experiences with the staff m my bettas are alive n strong it's been at least nine months will continue to get my Betta boys at pet sense

Got what I needed, (a pill popper for my sick kitty,) and was assured if it doesn't work I can return it. Also got a great deal on quality kitten food while I was there. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

There was a point in my life recently after this store opened in Elizabethton where I went in there and looked at the treats. They had a baked treats box filled w birthday cake flavored baked dog treats. I thought “if it’s safe of my dog it’s safe for me right?” So I tried one.

Anyways for like a year I would regularly buy these and split them 50/50 between me and my dogs. I ate them like cookies. Great food. Great service.

Recently started getting things for the dogs here. They have a surprising number of poultry free cat foods if your cat has an allergy.

If you know us, you know Snoopy, my mom's less than friendly dog????. A huge shout out to Brittany at Petsense in Elizabethton. She has been the only person in 9yrs who has been able to groom him. Great and friendly staff! We got some fish and a cat about a week ago from here. They were very informative on what fish would be good together , and our cat was the best addition to our family. Will Definitely be back.

The staff here is awesome, we assumed this place would be expensive and that we wouldn't shop here but we wanted to see what is place is like. We like shopping here, we accidentally adopted 3 cats . . . So far lol. The staff here alone is worth coming here. Pricing is not too bad but for our dog food it is cheaper to go to Sam's Club You can use TSC credit card here and get points.

I didn't even know they had that many different types of animals in there. They had exactly what I was looking for. Do plan on going back in the future. Employees were nice and helpful.
