The staff is so very friendly and knowledgeable. Also if you buy nine bags of dog food you get the tenth free kind of a no-brainer for someone who wants to feed their dogs better food so they pay a premium price and nowhere else offers that. My daughter and I go to visit the animals all the time and the staff are always so nice to us.
People were super friendly and we were in and out with what we need. Got three bettas, tank and all the fixings for about $60. Bettas are half moon and soooo pretty.
Horrible experience. Grooming prices doubled to
$54 to do a basic wash for a small Chihuahua. Now I'm going to PetSmart for only $22. I complained to manager Sue. I hope MGR can change it back. Be sure to check prices
They offer a military discount, a decent rewards program and prices are similar to petsmart. Plus they donate to local shelters so it's a win win all around.
I love this store. The staff are great and friendly. They take good care of my 100lbs fur baby. Pricing is great and he always leaves smelling good and nails nice and trimmed. Great selection on food and animal items.
I always bring the pups when we shop here and they are welcomed everytime!! They also have an awesome program you buy 10, get 1 free with dog food. That's huge! Thank you for everything
Very nice store, good staff, average price, not the hussle & bussle of the bigger stores in the bigger city's. Pet adoption, doggy salon, for many different pets. Very pleasant experience ☺️.
Dogs looked like superstars. Groomer was really patient with me having to dig around for their rabies certs. Dogs smelled great, fur was extremely soft and nails were perfect. You can see them grooming through a window in the back which is fun. We came to pick them up as my dog was getting brushed out. He saw us through the window and smiled. :)
