My 1st manicure ever as a man. I was left with 2 bleeding nails and 1 scratched one .....and they all looked hammered when done. This is the worst nail experience of my life. Is this normal?
Such a beautiful calm place, the tech Ian was great! They took me& my 2 girls 1.5 hours before closing. Great place!

I had been to perfect ten the second time. So I had called them up and booked an appointment on Sunday the 31st July, For the service of eyebrows and upper lip waxing. First the lady who attended me asked me 3 times if I also wanted nails be done though I every time said NO. Second there was a tall lady who did my eyebrows and upper lip waxing. She was very very rough. I told her it’s paining and not to be rough, she continued doing the waxing. For my upper lip I felt as if my skin was off. I told her atleast 3 times all the time she only laughed and said sorry. I now have bruises all over my upper lip and forehead due to waxing. I couldn’t smile for the first two days and even water to my face would give a burning sensation. I had also told her very very clearly I need my eyebrows equal and thick!! But she did not bother to listen to anything. This is horrible to not understand to customer’s request and just looking at them as some object.

Guy did not shape and put gel on my nails instead of dip and they still charged me for dip.the gel peeled of immediately I came on my lunch amd had to. One back after work acrylic was thick amd mis shaped it took nearly 2 hours he was so slow amd did not follow his bosses directions they don't know how to do designs and only the boss knows how to do them even the basic designs they are cheap but not up to date amd not worth the money
Some of the nail techs are very nice and do great jobs; however I think it’s not right to get charged for bringing your own gel polish. Not sure if I’ll be going back there
I didn't like this place because I went 2 times there and they did very bad job and this my nails after done
Best foot massage I got, they were sooo nice. This is the only place I'm going to from now on. Cant wait to take hubby here.
