Giving this place 4 stars because of convenience of location, and efficiency. As soon as you walk in, you have a woman take off polish/gel in the back, you wait like 5 minutes and then someone starts working on your nails. For UV gel it took 45 minutes, although it was 60$ without tip, and cash only. Decent job. Won't be able to tell how good it is until 2-3 weeks for now if they can last.
Moon is awesome. She does a great job every time I get my nails done and the staff is very professional. It's always calming and relaxed while getting services done ????????
I was recommended to go here by two lf my friends. It was my first time trying acrylic nails amd Moon amswered all my questions. I went back for a filling and will continue to go. I showed her a photo of the deaigbs I wanted and my nails looked just like the photo.
I also went there for pedicures, Jennifer was great too.
I asked for gel. I input gel into check in. I got gel polish without uv...so, regular manicure. I would be completely unhappy if I had been charged for gel. I was charged appropriately. I do believe a language barrier is the problem. I am not bi-lingual. If it isn't, then it must just be an attentiveness problem. Either way, it is a problem. I won't be back. No, I didn't point it out. I didn't have time for them to start all over. Yes, it smudged on the thumb. The pictures were taken about 20 minutes after leaving salon.
Beware of Jason!! I had my worst experience there with nail technician by the name Jason. I had an easy request - clear gel manicure on my short nails. To start with, Jason did not cut sanitize my hands before starting working with them. He didn't cut my cuticle which is actually the least harmful thing in this experience. Because technicians don't sanitize their tools and equipment!!! That's the requirement to all nail places!!! They may facilitate the spread of complicated viral and bacterial deseases.
The surface of the table was absolutely nasty and covered with solidified remnants of other people's nail polish.
When at the front desk I asked whether my technician had a certificate... which is a requirement for nail places to have their nail technicians to have certificates.

Went in to get a fill and a pedicure. Pedicure was great, but my fill was awful. My nails look chunky, they were supposed to be almond shape, they look pretty much oval. Not pleased at all.
Perfect Nails! I was looking for a place to get my nails done....Saw the reviews and got to this amazing place. Now I know the reason of all stars...I loved!
Once again Selena perfect nails came through for me and did a beautiful job in my nails
