got the best haircut here! they knew just what I wanted and were so kind. I have short hair and they did a great job cutting it back to the style I usually have even though I'd let it grow a lot and it was my first time here. they also rinsed my hair afterward which I really appreciate! cut and wash was $18. I will definitely be a regular here.
The barber messed up my hair pretty badly. I had a video of exactly what I wanted. My previous barber took a video of my hair, with different angles and closeups. My hairstyle is a common asian haircut, with my hair being long on the top, and short on the side. Not only did the barber shave off a large portion of my hair at the top, he didn’t even mirror the hairstyle. Now one side of my head is extremely short and the other side is long. I have been growing the top part of my hair out for about half a year, and now have no choice but to wait for it to grow back again. Would not recommend.
I got my hair washed, cut, and dried for $28 cash. I have long, curly brown hair with fine thickness.
I asked for an inch to be taken off, layering, and with a side part. It looks great, and is exactly what I asked for. Plus the shampoo and conditioner they use make your hair shiny, and small amazing! The haircut took 30mins. A nice lady washed my hair in the back, and a nice man cut, dried, and styled my hair.
I will definitely come here again! They are cash only!!!
Frances is very nice and Perfect Cut is a fine place for a haircut but the quality of my "balayage" was extremely poor. The color didn't reach the ends of my hair. There are some points where the tips of my hair is still black. There are also clear horizontal streaks. Extremely disappointing especially for the first time dying my hair
I really wanted to like this place because the price is so good and the initial cut didn’t look that bad. The undercut I asked for, however, was so disrespectful ????
For the record it was supposed to be triangle shape.
This place was exactly what I was looking for. Awesome price, awesome cut, and a quiet visit. I typically don't enjoy the chit chat that comes with haircuts, but I came in, sat, cut, stood, left. Everyone was very polite. I think some of the reviewers are looking for a more engaging experience, which I think is totally reasonable. This place won't be a great fit for those folks, but perfect for me.
It was my first time coming here and I am so happy with my cut. I was looking for a stylist in the city having just moved here. I looked at pricey salons in Rittenhouse and surrounding areas, and decided to try this place based on the great reviews and it was also near where I live. I had Oscar as my stylist and he did a great job giving my hair movement, bounce, and life again. I showed him my inspo pictures and asked for a long layered cut with face framing layers and about an inch off the ends. He delivered all of those! Will be returning here from now on!
Frances runs a great business. Clean, professional, on-schedule and easy to to make an appointment with. All this at a great price. Oscar does a fantastic job with my short fade. People always ask me where I get my haircut. I love this place!
