Nice friendly staff, very attentive and knowledgeable when asked questions.

Didn't have exactly what I needed but offered alternatives, which unfortunately didn't work for me. But, the offer to still provide assistance was appreciated.

Very RACIST!!! I’ve heard her tell the staff how to wear their hair!!!! I’ve heard heard her refer to a black lady as a monkey! She wears the hats and scarfs and some accessories while in the store then place them back on the rack for purchase. She tells her female staff to watch and follow people as if they are security. She hikes up the prices so she can comfortably “give you a 10% discount”. Do better with your hard earned money even if you scamming spend it in better places!!!!

Good prices, friendly staff, the biggest selection of braiding hair (literally every color), and they didn’t follow us around the store like other beauty supply stores. Love it, will definitely come back.

I arrived to the store before it closed . I was in the process of selecting the products I needed only to be told by the rude staff (the older guy)member that worked there that the registers were closed and I couldn't buy my items. No one made an announcement stating the store was closing. I was in the back of the store and I asked my daughter to ask the sales rep the policy on returns or exchanges only to betold I couldn't buy anything they were closed. I felt that was very unprofessional to have customers in your store and not allow them to make their purchases and then sound snappy with the customer who had no idea they were closed they had the gate down while customers were still in the store. Truly a disservice to say the least

One thing I can really say is this is a really amazing beauty supply store. They have everything you could possibly be looking for! from wigs to bundles of hair Etc. I been going to this beauty supply store for about 7 years now. The customer service is extremely outstanding and they make you feel welcome every time you enter this establishment. If you've never been before a highly recommend you go because you would not regret it.

I use to love this store but I would rather not shop here anymore! The older woman who use to operate the register was very sweet and provided good customer service, which turned me into a returning customer. I think that the store has new management/owners because the attitudes/forcefulness to catch people stealing is boarder line harassment! The lady ran up on me like she just "knew" that she had watched me on camera and was guilty! and I watched a male worker snatch a pack of hair from a customer hand that she brought with her into the store about 2 weeks ago! Stay away...its not the same as before.

Stuff is everywhere, aisles are cluttered. . Employees talk amongst themselves. I waited for over 5 minutes to see if someone was going to ask if I needed any help. Which I did! I had to interrupt their conversation of people that they previously worked for. Which seemed to be a HOT TOPIC! FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING THERE!!!

Customer service was nice. Employee had ask her manager could she give me a discount because of all the repeat business I gave the company since discovering them. The manager refused so I went on line and found the products at a lower price and decided to purchase through website. If he wasn't being unreasonable they could have made a sale. Overall this store is more reasonable then others in area
