I made an appointment to get a pedicure. When I got there, they acknowledged I was there. I sat there a few minutes and was told I would need to wait 30 minutes more as they were short-staffed and running behind. They also didn’t seem to know I had made an appointment. I told them they should have told me when I made an appointment earlier that day that there was a problem. I was very disappointed and thought this was very poor customer service. I have been a customer for four years. I left and went somewhere else where I got in right away. I will not be going back to Passion Nails!

I received a wonderful pedicure and enjoyed every second of it. Got a hot stone massage - o boy, the best!

My manicure was not anything like I wanted and came out pretty bad. I'm not very good about voicing my opinion cause I don't like confrontation and possibly hurting someone's feelings.

I ended up calling and letting them know that my manicure was not what I wanted and didn't look good. She had me come and and fixed it no problem! The person that had originally done the manicure has been let go due to some other issues. But!! I'm not here to talk about that.

I was soo soo nervous to even complain about my nails in the first place. I have never done that before. Bon (sp?) made me feel so comfortable and assured me that I was in the right. She fixed them and they are absolutely beautiful. They didn't charge me for the fix, but I would have gladly paid her for her services.

Happy to report that I will be returning there for more great experiences.

Love coming to this salon!! Meg and her staff are amazing. Always so kind and great at what they do. Do not hesitate coming here. 10/10 recommend!!

Stopped in at 12:30 on a Thursday to get my nails done before a vacation. Love them. They still look wonderful. Had a gel pedi and the powder mani. Hoping they'd last for a week on the beach. So far so good. First 3 pics are from right after my mani/pedi, last 2 a week later.

Excellent Nail Salon! They do wonderful work & take all the necessary Covid precautions! After going to Passion Nails for 3 months my nails are so long & healthy I no longer need tips!

The staff was very kind but they lack the skills for a professional nail salon. I wanted a a full ombré set and the nail tech all though she was nice she gave me the worse set I have ever had. Uneven, not blended even the “coffin” shape was uneven, all around just terrible. I was extremely disappointed. Especially after she herself said “she gives up on nails” to add to this I was still charged $55 for a manicure I’m going to need to pay someone else to fix.

I had to see Boone, since Meg is out of the country, and I was pleasantly all right surprised at the excellent service

I have been several times, but I was cut twice on last visit and the girl never apologized. They have still have not healed and it’s been a week. I won’t go back.
