Best PlaceJuice Reviews

The middle-aged woman with grey-blond hair and a pair of glasses, sitting behind the cashier, was incredibly grumpy. I asked to check the payment record of my meal plan as the cuisine cash had disappeared from my account. She, who seemed to be a manager of either the cafeteria or the meal plan agency, stared at me with her sarcastic and cynical face as if I was doing ridiculous things to her… Since I insisted there might be trouble or a misunderstanding, she finally agreed to check but reluctantly showed me her screen.
So far as I can see, her job was sitting there the whole day with her laptop open and with little communication —— not busy. Donno why the university decreased its service quality by hiring such an awful person who preferred to do nothing but sit there with a grumpy face.
However, the part-time job students working there usually are much kinder! The woman mentioned above must be the terrible part of their working time here.
The cafeteria is spacious and well-decorated, an ideal place for students to socialize and have parties. And it opens till midnight, meaning there is always a safe and near place to go in darkness.
Nice student bar with food and drink options. I spent many an evening here after tennis coaching a few years ago, but i don't go here very much any more. Because it's full of students the atmosphere is normally much better than a lot of pubs and bars in town! And the drinks can be cheaper.
They have big screen projectors for watching sport and it is a very big place.
Rude staff serving me, one of which couldn’t even speak english making communication very difficult. My pizza wasn’t even cut, tasted sub par and I was charged £1.50 for a 10p takeaway box. Terrible place
Food and drinks available, alcohol and non-alcoholic. Medium sized selection. Nice place to relax in the evening with friends. There's also a pool table and TV that usually plays sports. There are two charging ports but they are far from seating area
Great establishment for students, offers plenty of different cuisines. Prices are a little high, but not outrageous. Also present inside it is Park Market, which offers a quite varied range of foods, with plenty of vegan options and for those with dietary restrictions. Again, prices are a little steep, but very convenient if on a student meal plan.
Get some fruities and it’ll be a 10/10 venue come on. And you’ll make bank????????????
Rude unhelpful staff when you first come in. Have to stand there in front of an empty dining hall and book a table online for absolutely no logical reason. To then have to track and trace as well, making booking even more pointless. Food options were dreadful and what they did have was such poor quality for the ridiculous price. For a university cafe it is really not good enough at all. No wonder it was completely empty.
The food here isn’t that great compared to Eat the Square on campus. Pizza and Panini is always available, however, if you go even a few minutes after 7 pm, you will not be able to get dinner from the other counter as it all gets over really soon! The choice for vegan and vegetarian food is limited to just one dish each and if you’re either and you end up going late, you’re left with no choice but to opt for the pizza! The atmosphere in the place is really nice and is lively.

Quick Facts About Park Eat

Park Eat place has both strengths and weaknesses, as highlighted in the comments above. On one hand, the cafeteria is described as spacious and well-decorated, making it an ideal place for students to socialize and have parties. The fact that it is open till midnight is also seen as a positive, providing a safe and convenient option for students even in the evening. The presence of big screen projectors for watching sports is also mentioned as a positive aspect, catering to the interests of many students.
Additionally, the establishment is praised for offering a variety of cuisines, making it suitable for students with diverse tastes. The inclusion of vegan options and options for those with dietary restrictions is also seen as a positive aspect. The range of food and drinks available, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, is also mentioned as a strength. There is also a mention of Park Market being present inside, which further expands the food options available to students.
The atmosphere in Park Eat place is generally described as lively and better than many other pubs and bars in town. The presence of a pool table and TV playing sports is seen as a positive aspect, offering entertainment options for students. The prices are mentioned as being a little high but not outrageous, which may be acceptable to some considering the convenience and variety of the food options available.
However, there are several weaknesses highlighted in the comments. The grumpy and unhelpful staff, specifically the manager, is a major complaint. The woman behind the cashier is described as rude and sarcastic, showing reluctance to assist customers. This is in stark contrast to the kind and helpful nature of the part-time student employees. The poor communication skills of the staff, including one who couldn't speak English, are also mentioned, making it difficult for customers to communicate their needs effectively.
The quality of the food is another weakness. Some customers describe the taste of the food as subpar, particularly the pizza. There are complaints about the lack of variety for vegan and vegetarian options, with only one dish available for each category. Additionally, if someone arrives late, they are left with limited choices and often forced to opt for the pizza. The prices are considered to be too high for the quality of the food, making it an unsatisfactory experience for some customers.
Furthermore, there are complaints about the dining experience itself. Customers mention having to book a table online for no logical reason and also having to go through the process of tracking and tracing, making the booking process seem redundant. The fact that the dining hall is often empty and the food options are limited further adds to the dissatisfaction. Overall, the dining experience and service quality are described as not good enough for a university cafeteria.
In conclusion, Park Eat place has a number of strengths such as its spacious and well-decorated environment, variety of cuisines, and entertainment options. However, there are notable weaknesses in terms of staff behavior, food quality, and the dining experience itself. Improvements in these areas could greatly enhance the overall experience for customers.
