I normally don’t get my nails done but I wanted to do something different for my upcoming prom. I gave them inspiration pictures since the theme is enchanted forest and I wanted a look to match my dress. They knocked it out of the park. Definitely will come here again for future works.

The first time I went to pampered nails I loved it. This is my second time and I sure this will be my forever spot to get my nails done. They’re very friendly and make sure you’re ok and do whatever request you have. Thanks I really do love my nails.

I went here for the first time this past weekend, and let me tell you.. This place does such an amazing job!! The prices are reasonable, the place is clean and well kept (interior and exterior), the employees are very friendly. I had asked for Nancy to do my full-set based on the great reviews I’ve read about her, but she was booked so Kim did my nails and she did great! When I walked inside of this place, my nails were looking so bland and once I walked out.. my nails looked so much better, and I will definitely be returning! I’ve found my new, favorite go-to nail place. I hope this review works for some. Tysm Pampered Nails! ????❤️
They do excellent work but their customer service is AWEFUL. I had an appointment at 3:00 today and did not get served until 4:20. No one said anything to me the whole time I was there. Not how long a wait I had or NOTHING. If my nails were not in such bad shape I would have walked out. This was only my second time there, first time because I had a gift certificate. I will not be returning in spite of the work they do. And never offered an apology the whole time I was there (which was really a slap in the face).
In response to your reply, I said I had an appointment to the young woman when I entered as well as wrote it in the sign-in book. And at the very least, whomever I spoke with when I made the appointment should have known I was the 3:00 since no one else entered the salon until after 4:00. And from your response, it appears you don't respect the time of walk-ins (since you said you thought I was a walk-in). Walk-ins or appointment, neither wants or deserves to be disrespect and ignored.
Now under new ownership, this place does a great job. I have gone to Linda for years for my monthly pedicure and so appreciate her professionalism. She does a fantastic job on my toes, but she also is great at foot and leg massage. You won't be disappointed. Be sure to get your Pampered Nails Rewards Card for credit on future visits.
