I asked for a trim and to go over my layers at the front ,the person ended up cutting a very blunt chunk off of one side at the front making it very noticeable and i was very self conscious of this for weeks before i had to get it fixed from another hairdresser. I also found that the hairdresser was not interested in making any small talk and this came off as quiet rude especially it only bring me and her in the salon at the time. I was overall very disappointed as i heard great recommendations from this salon and won’t be returning or recommending this to anyone.
