It was my first time going to this salon and I can honestly say it was a great experience! Everyone was so nice and friendly and just made me feel so comfortable! Corie was my hair stylist and she was great she listened to what I wanted and she took the time to explain things to me so that I would understand what and why she was doing. I have never left a salon loving my hair as much as I have when I left this salon! I will be back that is for sure thanks Corie for you amazing work and your attention to detail ????

This is my favorite haircut I've ever had by Delaney. She has my curls looking fantastic even when I style it. Very nice and friendly as well. Longer hair picture is before and the second is a couple days after my haircut when I styled it.

I just tried this place last week for the first time. I went and got a beautiful cut and color, however it wasn’t exactly what I wanted due to my fault of being on a time schedule. I called and not only was the customer service exceptional, I went back, they fixed it and it turned out to be the best and my favorite color I’ve ever had! Emma did a wonderful job on my hair, Danielle is so knowledgeable about hair and exactly how to achieve what the customer is wanting and Chelsea had me cracking up and entertained the entire time. What a great experience and I am so in love with my color!! Love this place!!! Definitely recommend!!! ❤️❤️

This is the best place hands down to go and get your hair done. I don't go a day without a compliment on my hair after I leave here.

Hair emergency necessitated visit. My stylist retired and I was unable to get my usual color highlights and cut prior to flying to myrtle beach. I looked for salons with 4+ reviews. Called this salon. Not only did they rearrange their schedule to accommodate me they were incredible. Joyce came in an hour early to see me do a color highlight / glaze and cut. They were very welcoming and put me at ease almost immediately. Unfortunately I don’t have a photo of the sad condition prior to my service but very happy with outcome. I can enjoy the beach, conference and vacation now. Thanks Joyce and Outerglow staff! You rock! PS they didn’t work on the face so don’t hold them responsible for bags and wrinkles. Thanks Joyce and staff!!
